Angie Everhart Dinged for DUI
Angie Everhart's latest tangle is not so hot.
The former model and Another 9½ Weeks star was charged Thursday with one count of driving under the influence stemming from her April 24 arrest following a 2 a.m. traffic stop.
The complaint against Everhart also alleges she failed to complete a chemical test at the scene, L.A. City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan told News. The erstwhile Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition fixture was taken into custody and released later the same day on $15,000 bail.
Arraignment is scheduled for May 15. Everhart is facing a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
