Spending the day with dad, Britney Spears was spotted all over Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (March 3).
The father/daughter tandem started things off with a bite to eat for lunch before heading over to a medical building in West Hollywood.
While there’s been no confirmation as to the reason for her visit, it’s believed that the pop tart was there for therapy or treatment session.
According to an insider on the scene, “As Britney followed her dad out of the a medical building in West Hollywood today she seemed in good spirits. As the two entered their awaiting SUV and drove away with a bodyguard at the wheel, Britney looked out and smiled at the photogs. Britney has rarely been seen without a stoic look on her face since last being institutionalized. Perhaps she’s finally feeling happier. Of course, rumor has it she and boy toy Adnan Ghalib have split so she should have a smile on her face.”

To kick things off, the girls headed to the local dry cleaner to collect their laundry before making their way over to the DMV.
Upon arrival at the DMV, LC was asked by the paparazzi if she was renewing her license - to which she jokingly responded “I don’t have a license” before hurrying inside.
In related news, Miss Conrad is also readying for her first fashion show, which just so happens to be this coming Tuesday during LA Fashion Week.
In fact, just the other day she was busy picking models to walk the runway, along with the help of fellow Hills star Whitney Port.

From there, it was off to work on her new movie, Will, which co-stars former Friends star Lisa Kudrow and the always interesting David Bowie.

The High School Musical star took a moment to run in and pick up drinks for herself and her mother, Lisa, who was along for the ride.
The 22-year-old also toted her pet puppy Maui on the trek - which led the Tisdale gang to a private house in nearby Brentwood, California.
Ashely is recently back in town after spending time in Zealand, where she filmed her latest theatrical endeavor, They Came From Upstairs.
The adventure/fantasy flick is about a group of kids must protect their vacation home from invading aliens, due to hit theaters in January of 2009.
