Jessica Simpson, Kim Kardashian Visit “The View”
Taking a break from their Los Angeles studio, the hosts of The View have been broadcasting live from Las Vegas - filming today’s (June 25) episode at Caesars Palace on the Sin City strip.
Visiting Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and friends on the set was pop-turned-country star Jessica Simpson, along with reality star Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
During the show, “Simpson talked about her new album and her friendship with country legend Dolly Parton, who sings along with Simpson on one of the songs on her new country album. Simpson said she couldn’t describe Parton as singing back-up on the song, and instead said that they sang along together.”
Jessica also gabbed about her rollercoaster relationship with Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo, saying they’ve been together “seven, almost eight months” and that she’s completely smitten!
Tim McGraw Lays Down the Law
Don’t mess with Tim McGraw.
Sure, stopping a concert and asking someone to give back the ring they just pulled off your finger seemed kinda hard-core at the time. But last night at a show in Washington, McGraw yanked a fan out of the crowd after seeing the man rough up a female concertgoer. The crooner initially called for security to get things under control, but after a few lagging seconds decided to get ’er done himself. (Sorry.)
In a statement, the singer’s rep said, “While Tim was performing at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, Wash., last night, he watched a man rush to the front of the stage. This overly aggressive fan attacked a female fan and Tim witnessed this incident.”
And McGraw didn’t approve. The country star grabbed what looks like a Cops extra onto the stage and effortlessly tossed him aside. From our vantage point, security was restraining the fan for his own protectionnot Tim’s.

The country star and father of Miley has spoken out for the first time about his daughter’s topless Vanity Fair photo shoot, giving his take on the controversial shots on this morning’s Today show.
“I didn’t know they were gonna strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” he said while promoting the new season of Nashville Star.
“My dad always told me, the more you stomp in poop, the more it stinks. So I was just, ’OK, this happened. We got to deal with it,’” he said, before relaying words of wisdom once given to him. “The turkey with the longest neck’s always going to be the one everyone’s shooting at.”

In the final stages of her pregnancy, Nicole Kidman and her country star husband, Keith Urban, have been spotted all over Nashville after arriving to Tennessee ahead of this past weekend’s CMA Music Festival.
On Sunday, the lovey-dovey couple were out grabbing their morning coffee at the local Starbucks before heading to the gym for a workout session.
Meanwhile, following his CMA Festival performance on Saturday night, Urban took a moment to talk with press about Nicole and their baby-on-the-way.
Keith told: “I love having her(Nicole) with me when I tour, but at the same time, it’s work. You don’t want to ask too much of your family.”
Asked if their baby, due this July, will also find a seat on the tour bus, Urban replied: “We’ll just have to see what works for us.”
