Fans Will Appear In The Hobbit!
Guillermo del Toro had a Q&A session with MTV and revealed some rather good news for Hobbit fans.
“Who do I have to kill or sleep with to get a role as an extra?” user Mike Moore asked.
“Oh my god, well that’s a good question only in that it’s asked often,” del Toro said, chuckling. “[But] I believe as the film comes to happen, in either of the two films, [fans] have a good chance of being there.”
“Sleep with a lot of people if you can! That’s a very good piece of advice. But don’t bribe anyone. It will be wasted money,” del Toro said, laughing. “We will set some rules and some contests and some fans will definitely get the chance of being extras. Go and apply for those roles!”
Contests will be the better option for Hobbit fans as there is more chance of Gimli getting a back, crack and sac wax than a Hobbit fan sleeping with anyone.

Tatum O’Neal Cops to Bad Conduct, Gets Wrist Slapped
Crime may not pay, but for Tatum O’Neal, it doesn’t exactly cost all that much, either.
The former wild child actress has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct stemming from her June crack bust. Prosecutors in turn dropped more serious charges, including drug possession.
To atone for her misdoing, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman sentenced the youngest ever Oscar winner to spend two half-day sessions in a drug-treatment program and pay a $95 fee.
Should the 44-year-old Rescue Me star make good on both conditions of her sentence by Sept. 4, when she’s due back in court, the case against her will be dismissed.
O’Neal turned down a nearly identical deal from prosecutors last month in which they offered her the chance to plead guilty to disorderly conduct and spend two days in a treatment. No word on what caused the change of heart.

Amy Winehouse finds herself involved in another scandal, as the Rehab singer has been caught on camera “taking a cocktail of deadly substances during a recent early morning drugs binge.”
The latest incident for Winehouse, who was spotted out on Tuesday being ushered past photographers as she made her arrival at a clinic in Marylebone, took place at her East London apartment around 5am on Friday.
In the video footage obtained by The Sun, the singer can be seen snorting what’s alleged to be powdered ecstasy from the corner of a credit card, followed by segments of her smoking a crack pipe.
Additional reports go on to tell: “After the ecstasy, a pal offers her cocaine and warns her against taking too much because it is highly concentrated. But Winehouse ignores the friendly advice and snorts a line of the drug, before walking around her home in a daze. Her pals then try to persuade her to go out with them, but she confesses to having taken other drugs to help her ‘come down’ from her high.”
She reportedly murmurs, “I’d be useless to you because I’ve had about six Valium.”
As expected, Winehouse’s friends and family are desperately urging her to check into rehab - but, so far, Amy’s having none of that.
