NCIS Star Asks for Help in Finding Missing Friend
She helps solve crimes on the CBS hit series NCIS and now actress Pauley Perrette is asking for the public’s help in finding her missing friend.
Perrette’s friend Lami Nicole Powlesland, 24, was last seen Wednesday in Hollywood, and some of her personal possessions were found outside a popular outdoor workout spot.
“Her purse was found at one end of Runyon Canyon with all the contents in it; her jewelry was found in another part of Runyon Canyon,” says Perrette, who plays criminologist Abby Sciuto on the show and happens to have a criminology degree in real life.
She added that Powlesland, who was recently released from a mental hospital in Tennessee, hasn’t used her ATM or credit cards recently. No one has been able to locate her black 2008 Jeep Liberty.
Firefighters searched the park until 11 p.m. Saturday and resumed their search Sunday morning.

There’s nothing worse (well, maybe Britney Spears’ new single) than going on a trip and having your hotel room broken into and robbed. Kirsten Dunst knows that one first hand.
The Spider Man star was in New York City shooting scenes for “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People” when her Soho hotel room was looted by two burglars. While she wasn’t harmed in the ordeal (she wasn’t home) there was plenty of Dunst booty removed from the scene.
The thieves ganked two digital cameras, a $13,000 purse, a cell phone and her ID/credit cards from her SoHo Grand Hotel room. They also made off with $2500 in cash. With such a measly gain, it begs the question, “was it really worth it?”
Well, apparently it was, because two men are now wanted by NYPD. One suspect is in custody, 33-year-old Jarrod Beinerman. He is being held on $50,000 bond. Beinerman’s lawyer claims it wasn’t him, being that surveillance cameras don’t show him carrying anything out of the hotel (hello, pockets!). The other suspect hasn’t been caught yet. All of Kirsten’s stuff has been returned, as well.

It’s an age-old tradition. When a woman marries a man usually she’ll change her last name to his in order to symbolize their union. And believe it or not, Demi Moore is finally getting around to changing her last name to that of her husband, Ashton Kutcher.
It only took two years, and now Demi is officially a Kutcher. Her revised last name will reportedly appear on her driver’s license and credit cards.
And sources say that the change from Moore to Kutcher was merely a gesture from Demi to Ashton. “Demi did this for Ashton. She knew that this was something he wanted, so she finally made the switch.”
A source told press, “Demi will be Mrs. Kutcher on her black American Express card, her passport and other official documents, but the actress will keep her name from her first marriage to Freddie Moore for all her professional endeavors.”

While husband shopping may have been on the agenda, for some reason we don’t see Ms Silvstedt being all that desperate to land a man.
