No Idle Time for Cook & Caldwell
American Idol David Cook confirmed to News that he and fellow Idol alum Kimberly Caldwell are still an item, and even got the blessing of Fox’s president of entertainment, Kevin Reilly.
“It’s great, he’s a catch and so is she,” Reilly tells E!
Reilly and Cook were attending the Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s annual Taste for a Cure Benefit in Beverly Hills.
Cook says that his season two Idol contestant squeeze Caldwell is doing well and “doing her thing,” shooting the miniseries Memories of Murder on Catalina Island. But with Cook gearing up for an Idol tour starting July 1, how will they keep the fires of passion burning?
“Email, text, all of that is pretty much going to be my life for the next few months,” he says. Need to know more? Watch the exclusive video above for a bigger dose of Big David.

Ronson’s Other Lindsay Gets Taken Away
E! News has exclusive video of overeager clubgoer Lindsay Burns being escorted out of Chicago nightspot Crimson Lounge and into a waiting police car after she took advantage of Lindsay Lohan's early exit and made a surprise appearance in Samantha Ronson's DJ booth.
The 22-year-old Burns was charged with simple battery for allegedly refusing to go down without a fight when security guards tried to remove her from Ronson's unusually vacant side.
