Kooky New Spoilers For Transformers 2 Hit Net?

Here’s the non-spoiler part of this post: Shia LaBeouf will ride a motorcycle in Transformers 2. Wow. And it might, just might!, be a robot in disguise., we’ll dive into the latest sp-sp-spoiler rumors for Transformers 2 courtesy of the Movie Blog. These spoilers center on odd things happening to LaBeouf’s character in the film, rather than the oddity that is Beetlejuice. Against better judgment, we’ll rank the following spoilers a 7/10 on the Slashfilm Privy Meter. If you’re already shellshocked by the amount of T2 info rolling in—aww—realize that you’re not alone. Feel free to express your exhaustion in the comments. From here on, venture down buzzkill beach at your own discretion…oh, and we’ve also included a pic of LaBeouf/Fox doing something on said motorcycle.

According to a tipster at MB, Shia’s character, Sam, possibly falls under the influence of a splinter he retained from the AllSpark that was destroyed in the original flick. The side-effects apparently hit him while he’s in a college astronomy class taught by Raiin Wilson’s professor.

“On the first day of class, Sam goes crazy just before getting to class for some reason. It seems there is some object that he was exposed to that affected him, our guess is the splinter from the cube. …[In class] Sam read [an entire text book] in five seconds by just flipping through it, then starts telling Wilson’s character about what parts of his book are wrong. He also starts talking about how Einstein was wrong. Sam gets up from his seat and goes up to the chalk board and starts writing a lot of weird symbols on the chalk board (probably Cryptonian).”

It’s said that the next time Sam goes to class, he’s still a little weird. He tells Megan Fox’s character, who’s apparently in possession of the splinter (or whatever it is), not to touch it for fear that it will do the same thing to her. If true, kind of kooky, kind of cool, eh? Somebody should make a YouTube montage of characters in movies who read entire books in just seconds.

Movie Chronicles got ahold of the following image below showing Shia and Fox sharing a “little spark” of their own. Heh heh zzz. Note the red motorcycle and Fox’s lusty arch.

Kate Beckinsale: Doing Well After Hospital Visit

Kate Beckinsale: Doing Well After Hospital Visit

Coming off of a recent trip to a Memphis-area hospital, actress Kate Beckinsale looked full of good spirit as she ventured about Beverly Hills on Tuesday (November 20).

According to recent reports from Access Hollywood, the Underworld actress went to the hospital after “experiencing numbness in her left arm and left leg.”

Admitted and released a short time thereafter, a source told press that “doctors treated Beckinsale and determined the problem was due to exhaustion and that she hadn’t been compliant with her regular medication.”

Beckinsale has been stationed in Memphis to film the drama “Nothing But The Truth,” alongside Matt Dillon and David Schwimmer, but has made her way home to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with her family.

The Jonas Brothers Never Stop Moving

The Jonas Brothers Never Stop Moving

It’s a good thing these guys are young and resilient, because with a schedule like the Jonas Brothers’, most people would keel over from exhaustion.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin were spotted filming a video promo at a Los Angeles-area park yesterday.  And from the looks of it their wardrobe was a bit much for the warm weather (Joe ended up rolling up his pants at one point).

Later on, they headed over to the Jimmy Kimmel show to gear up for their big performance later last night.  And as usual, the guys looked to be in top form.

A recent press article deemed the Jonas Brothers “the next generation Hanson.” It read, “(The Jonas Brothers) are Hanson: The Next Generation.  But they’re no more your ordinary teen idols than this is the ordinary teen moment. [Hanson had its moment in the sun] when kids had less spending power and less control, and there was less of a machine than there is now. Hanson only had a record label working for them; the Jonas Brothers have not only Disney’s record label, but Disney radio and TV.”

Javier Bardem off Cloud Nine

Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem

It's one thing to drop out of a movie project. It's another to drop out of a movie project that your girlfriend is still attached to.

Javier Bardem has done just that, though, backing out of the long-gestating and oft-postponed Rob Marshall-directed musical Nine, blaming post-awards season exhaustion and leaving better half Penélope Cruz among the international A-list beauties still signed on.

Marion Cotillard and Sophia Loren are also on board, while Nicole Kidman and Judi Dench are reportedly in talks to join the musical spin on Federico Fellini's seminal film 8½.

But there are no hard feelings between Bardem and the Weinstein Co., which is producing the film.

"Javier personally asked me if we could move production to February, but we just couldn't do it," honcho Harvey Weinstein told Variety. "He is an amazing talent and I know we'll work together in the future, very soon."

We know they will, too. What Harvey wants, Harvey gets.
