With three kids at home and a bustling career you gotta wonder how Heidi Klum does it. The German supermodel was spotted on her way to the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City’s fashion district yesterday.
And you can’t show up at the FIT looking like a slouch, hence Klum’s amazing ensemble including a sleeveless black and white print maxi dress teamed with a pair of trendy gladiator heels.
But the most notable aspect of her appearance was definitely her new tattoo - a calligraphic design incorporating her husband Seal’s name on her right forearm.
Definitely one of the most affectionate married couples in Tinseltown, Heidi and Seal renew their vows each and every year in the same place that they were married, so it’s no wonder she got inked with his name.
Tatum O’Neal is still on Rescue Me
File this one under “non-story of the day.” TV Guide is reporting exclusively that yes - wait for it - Tatum O’Neal is still part of FX’s acclaimed drama Rescue Me.
Was there ever any doubt that she wouldn’t be?
Sure, her recent drug bust was a major headline a few weeks ago, but there was never a moment when I thought, “Man… I guess she won’t be on Rescue Me anymore.” Last I heard, her charge was only a misdemeanor. According to TVG, she’s already filmed 2 episodes for the drama’s fifth season, which doesn’t return until 2009.
Personally, to me, she seems like the type of person who can laugh at her own follies. With her character Maggie and her brother Tommy (Denis Leary) dealing with the death of their father from the season four finale, I think they’d be crazy to not turn O’Neal’s drug issues into a storyline. It’d fit Maggie’s character perfectly.
In the meantime, FX has ten Rescue Me minisodes slated to air this summer in lieu of a full season. They premiere on Tuesday, June 24th at 10:00PM ET.
John Cusack Fan Gets a Doctor’s Appointment
The doctor is in.
Not quite convinced that she’s fit to stand trial, a judge has ordered that the woman accused of stalking John Cusack be examined by a psychiatrist before the case proceeds.
Emily Leatherman was charged with felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a restraining order and petty theft after being arrested March 30 when police found her too close to Cusack’s Malibu home for comfort.
The complaint against her alleges she has been making untoward attempts to contact the High Fidelity star since February 2007.
L.A. Superior Court Judge Susan M. Speer ordered both sides back in court July 11.
Leatherman, who has pleaded not guilty to all of the above and has been behind bars since her arrest, is facing up to four years in prison if convicted.

Slowly getting back to her career following giving birth to son Max in January, Christina Aguilera was spotted out at the recording studio in Los Angeles last night (May 20).
Along with working on new music, Aguilera’s also been busily hitting the gym to aid her in losing 40 pounds since welcoming her son into the world - working out for 90-minutes a day, five-day-a-week. She also cut out white bread from her diet.
In an interview with Us magazine, the Genie In a Bottle singer also addressed her larger-than-usual chest that came as a result of breastfeeding.
“It’s kind of hilarious! I’ve never fit into an E-cup before,” she said. “I look at my husband and go, ‘Guess what size this bra is?’ And when I tell him, he’s just amazed. We keep the tags that prove it, to look back for memory’s sake!”
