Transformers 2: Fan Created Jetfire Concept Art

As you guys already know, Jetfire has been revealed to be a SR-71 Blackbird for the upcoming sequel Transformers: Rise of the Fallen. A bunch of people over at the Don Murphy forums have created fan made concept art based soley on the alt mode. Jolin and Jester created the one above. And Ra88 created the drawings below. As always, click to enlarge. Great work guys!

MythBusters fans want to bust the E-reader
Something tells me this isn’t going to happen, but you can be sure plenty of us would tune in if it did.
Over on Discovery’s MythBusters forums — where fans regularly congregate to discuss previous episodes, disagree with Adam and Jamie’s conclusions and offer suggestions for future myth-busting — someone has made the suggestion that the MB’s take on the task of not only obtaining but also fully testing the capabilities of one of Scientology’s most exclusive devices: the E-meter.
If you go by what Wikipedia tells you, the E-meter measures the “’mental mass and energy’ of the subject’s mind.” What the Church of Scientology does with the information from the reading, you can either go by what’s released already in the wilds of the interweb or, if you’re a Scientologist yourself, you probably already know.
While a bunch of folks on the forum and over on Digg think this is a great idea for MythBusters, I can’t quite figure out what the heck they’d do to disprove anything it supposedly does, no matter how ludicrous it seems to some. Is there really some way to concretely disprove or even prove something like this?
Cloverfield Monster Revealed in Fan Art

Since the first Cloverfield reviews have hit the web, fans have started creating art (some of it, pretty incredible looking) based on the descriptions of the Cloverfield Monster. Because this is potential spoilage, I have posted the photos.
This is said to be the one that looks most like the real monster:

Ratatouille Video Podcast: The Technical Ingredients

A new episode of the Ratatouille Video Podcast is now online. We found the video on the Pixar Planet forums . The new episode titled The Technical Ingredients takes a look at some of the technical innovation involved in creating Pixar’s new film. They explore wet cloth dynamics, water movement dynamics, and hair dynamics. Trust me, this is much more interesting than it probably sounds. Check out the new video in high quality at this link or in medium quality flash video after the jump. Be warned, the first of the two options may take a couple minutes to load.
Ratatouille hits theaters on June 29th 2007.
