Showing off her new hairdo, Hilary Swank was beaming as she walked down Rodeo Drive on Friday afternoon (June 27).
Dressed in black jeans and a black t-shirt, the Oscar winning actress strolled hand-in-hand with her boyfriend and former agent, John Campisi.
According to a source on the scene, the couple lovingly kissed and canoodled as they shopped in Barney’s NY, then walking to their nearby car.
As for her reason for being on the west coast, Miss Swank mentioned that she’s currently staying in Beverly Hills as she prepares for a new role.

When you’re as rich and famous as Christina Aguilera, even a routine meal out can turn into a fully-fledged fiasco. And that’s just what happened yesterday (June 27).
The “Ain’t No Other Man” songstress was spotted by fans and paparazzi alike on her way to the celebrity-friendly Los Angeles hot spot Ivy restaurant Friday afternoon.
And she looked casual-yet-sexy in a white cropped-sleeve long-torso t-shirt with a tiger screenprinted on it, a pair of skin-tight black leggings, and her usual oversized sunglasses.
Earlier in the week Aguilera paid a visit to the Larry King Live show to talk a little bit about her involvement in this year’s Rock The Vote Campaign.
She told the veteran talk show host, “It was really important for me to get involved and get excited about this election in particular, for the future of my son.”
DMX Busted Again, Again
DMX can run, but he can’t hide from trouble. Especially if he walks right up to it and demands it kick his butt.
The rapper, who’s currently facing animal-cruelty charges in Arizona, was arrested Friday afternoon in Miami after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover cop.
According to the police report obtained by the Miami Herald, DMX approached the officer and asked for ’’30 powder and 15 weed,” aka $30 worth of cocaine and $15 of marijuana.
The officer slapped the cuffs on the Cradle 2 the Grave star, whose real name is Earl Simmons, after he handed him $45.
Authorities said that they have not released the exact location where the bust took place because undercover officers are still operating in the area.
As of Friday evening, DMX was cooling his heels in Miami-Dade County jail.
And it turns out that this was his second bust of the week. Miami police also nabbed him Monday for driving with a suspended license. He was taken into custody at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and released a few hours later after posting $500 bail.
Back in Arizona, the beleaguered MC has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of animal cruelty and drug possession stemming from two raids at his Phoenix-area home in which SWAT teams found marijuana and a number of pit bull puppies that required immediate veterinary care for malnutrition and dehydration.
Judge Enrobes Troyer Sex Tape

A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order preventing distributors from haggling over the new Verne Troyer sex tape and TMZ.comor any other sitefrom posting anymore clips of the 50-minute video.
Troyer sued TMZ, celeb-porn broker Kevin Blatt and online adult-film rental service SugarDVD for $20 million, claiming violation of privacy and right to publicity, copyright and trademark infringement and misappropriation of name and likeness.
When it posted a clip of Troyer’s encounter with his then-girlfriend on Wednesday, TMZ reported that SugarDVD had offered Blatt $100,000 for the tape, which Troyer claims was stolen from his home months ago.
In his decision Friday, U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez wrote that the 39-year-old Austin Powers actor had “demonstrated that he will suffer irreparable harm to his reputation” if the tape is distributed.
The judge also stated that he could be inclined to impose a stricter injunction if TMZ and the others cannot come up with a reason why this tape should be on the market. (But we’d certainly like to see them try.)
As of Friday afternoon, TMZ had removed the Troyer sex tape clip from its live site.
