Sometimes a girl just needs time for herself. And yesterday, Nicole Richie left her boyfriend Joel Madden and daughter Harlow Winter behind for an afternoon with some gal pals.
The paparazzi caught up to the former Simple Life cutie enjoying a day of fun in the sun at a beach party in Malibu, California. She wore a short white cleavage-baring dress overtop a pair of denim shorts with a pair of sunglasses.
And it sounds like Britney Spears isn’t the only cameo queen in Hollywood. According to sources, when Nicole filmed her bit part on “Chuck” last week, she was a huge hit. And there’s even talk of her returning for another episode.
An insider revealed, “It was fantastic. She was friendly. Everybody loved her. She has a great fight scene.” Richie plays a high school nemesis of Yvonne Strahovski’s character Sarah.

During his time off, Harry is said to be contemplating offers from soccer clubs in England, Italy, Turkey, Greece, and Russia. Talk about options!

They arrived at the Cancun International Airport in Mexico yesterday, and Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley didn’t waste any time before hitting the beach.
The “Knocked Up” babe and her “Hey Katie” crooner were spotted prancing around in the Mexican sun, enjoying a few drinks as well as publicly displaying their affection for each other.
Heigl looked fit in a metallic pink bikini and oversized white beach hat with shades while Josh went shirtless in a pair of white cargo-style board shorts with a khaki fedora-ish hat.
According to reports, the Mexican getaway is in celebration of Heigl’s completion of her latest film “The Ugly Truth,” slated to open April 3rd of 2009 and starring Gerard Butler and Cheryl Hines.

Prior to their appearance at last night’s Golden Nymph Awards, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s” co-star siblings were spotted having fun in the sun aboard a yacht - with Kim popping a bottle of champagne for her big sis.
The reality star sweethearts also made time for a dip in the pool at the Hotel Hermitage - showing off their fine forms as Kim wore a sexy fire engine red two-piece bikini while Kourtney chose a white two-piece swimsuit.
According to Kim’s personal blog, the day wasn’t all about waterside relaxation, as the pair also had brunch with Extra correspondent Terry Seymour, eating and filming at Cafe de Paris.
