Kate Hudson: Lunching with Lance and Goldie
Kate Hudson: Lunching with Lance and Goldie
After being spotted out on Monday spending time at the City Bakery before a dinner date, Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong’s relationship continues to progress towards the “real thing” status.
Earlier today, the “Fool’s Gold” actress took her bicyclist beau out to Ivy On The Shore for a lunchtime rendezvous with her mom, Goldie Hawn.
And with their hand-holding, inseparable ways, it seems apparent that the two definitely are feeling each other, although neither has been willing to talk about their romantic situation.
During an appearance on The View, Armstrong said: “Number one, I know you have to ask that question. And it’s my right not to answer it. Number two, I think when you’re happy about something or proud about something, I think it’s natural in human nature to talk about it. But I’m not going to answer it. Next question.”
Meanwhile, Kate appeared on the show just a week before, giggling when asked the same question before answering: “Ask him.”
Hilary Duff Gets it To Go
Hilary Duff Gets it To Go
Just because she’s rich and famous, it doesn’t mean Hilary Duff is wasteful. And following a recent meal out, the “Lizzie Maguire” cutie was spotted taking her leftovers home with her.
Joined by her mother Susan, the “So Yesterday” singer was spotted leaving Toluca Lake, California hot spot Mo’s restaurant after a casual Sunday afternoon lunch.
And she looked sizzling in a strapless gold and pink printed floor-length sundress along with toe-strap sandals and a pair of sunglasses holding her hair back.
Next up on the agenda for Miss Duff - a new comedy titled “Stay Cool.” She’ll be working as part of an ensemble cast including Winona Ryder, Chevy Chase, and Sean Astin.

Infadels - Free Things For Poor People Lyrics (16 June 2008)
Free things for poor people, is what it said,
written on a t-shirt around her neck.
Take me to the water and watch me by the edge,
reflecting all the fireworks in my head.
Free things for poor people, that’s what she said,
all the gold you’re wearing, won’t save you in the end.
Take me to the water and watch me by the edge,
reflecting all the fireworks in my head.
[CHORUS]
I make my way, up and down through the days,
she knocks me out, my river runs through her now.
My river runs,
my river runs through her now.
Free things for poor people, that’s what it said,
written on a t-shirt around her neck.
Take me to the water and watch me by the edge,
reflecting all the fireworks in my head.
Free things for poor people, that’s what she said,
all the gold you’re wearing, won’t save you in the end.
Now take me by the water and watch me by the edge,
reflecting all the fireworks in my head.
[CHORUS]
I make my way, up and down through the days,
she knocks me out, my river runs through her now.
My river runs,
my river runs, through her now.
Free things for poor people, that’s what it said,
written on a t-shirt around her neck.
Take me to the water and watch me by the edge,
reflecting all the fireworks in my head.
[CHORUS]
I make my way, up and down through the days,
she knocks me out, my river runs through her now.
My river runs,
my river runs, through her now.
[police siren wails and helicopters hover]
My river runs.
CBS wants more Million Dollar Password
CBS has ordered six more episodes of Million Dollar Password. This is probably because the show, hosted by Regis Philbin, has become extremely popular. Over four broadcasts, Million Dollar Password placed first in ratings in its time period. It also placed first among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. The show is averaging 9.46 million viewers. Looks like CBS has the right idea with ordering up some more.
A few weeks ago, Joel talked about the appeal of Password. Perhaps, it’s the celebrities they secured to come play: Neil Patrick Harris, Rachel Ray, Betty White, Tony Hawk and Rosie O’Donnell. But I think it’s the power of the Regis. Everything that man touches turns to gold. Remember the craze that accompanied Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? I can’t hear that theme music and envision the dramatic lights even now as I write this.
Million Dollar Password airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on CBS. Are you hooked enough to watch six more episodes?
