Already back in red carpet form, Halle Berry has new mother’s around the world wondering how she was able to get in such great shape so quickly after giving birth. And now those questions have been answered.
According to People magazine reports, the 41-year-old Oscar winner “works out with trainer Ramona Braganza for one hour, five days a week. Together they go through Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout, comprised of three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one Core Segment.”
Describing exercises that count towards each part, the report tells: “Cardio is accomplished either on the elliptical, a kickboxing segment, doing stairs or a hill climb. The circuit is a daily strength-training segment that combines three body areas with some sort of leg workout. Core work includes abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor exercises.”
As for her choice in foods, “Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.”

With the epidemic of poor body image tearing across the planet, it’s nice to see some women proudly bearing all that Mother Nature gave them. And for Eva Mendes, doing the cover of Jane Magazine in her birthday suit was fun.
The 33-year-old Hitch actress reveals that she doesn’t attribute her great shape to her diet. She says, it’s just a natural thing, and enjoys junk food because she’s so happy with her shape.
Eva probably made celebrity personal trainers cringe when she told press, “The combination of tacos and French fries, it’s heavenly. Throw in a shake in there, and you’ve got a party.”
And Mendes refuses to gripe about her figure. “I’m thankful that I’m healthy and that I have my limbs and a nice physique. Of course, there are things anybody wishes they didn’t have or wishes there were more of, but why even bring that up? I think it comes off as bratty.”
Oh, and for all you Joss Stone fans out there, don’t miss her Jane nude pics as well. Joss saw the opportunity to show the world how happy she is with her body, and she jumped on it.
It also may have had something to do with the fact that she is getting over a relationship, and wanted to do something independent. “I didn’t wear high-heeled shoes for the longest time. I would wear flip-flops because the guy I was with hated that I was tall - and tall can be beautiful! But because he hated it, it made me feel really insecure and I would try and make myself smaller - and that’s ridiculous. So now I wear great big f*ck off heels!”
With the plethora of male admirers drooling over them, it looks like Eva and Joss are doing something right.
