Man, what a bad time to make a racist comment. Dog the Bounty Hunter, aka Duane Chapman, was taped using a slur by his son, who then sold it to the National Enquirer. Now his A&E show has been pulled off the air. Despite it all, Duane says he still loves his son.
A heartbroken Chapman told Larry King, “He will not talk to me. His mother’s in on it with him. I have been away from her since the ‘80s so now she is like getting even.”
An ex-con himself, Duane says he was more concerned that his son’s girlfriend was influencing him to make poor decisions that could’ve landed him back in jail (his son served four years of a twenty year sentence, and was on parole).
“I tried to take control of his life (after this). I heard this girl was maybe not being the best for Tucker—and I’ll leave it like that—so I tried to interfere. I don’t care if she is black at all. He’s on parole for a 20 year sentence and if he messes up he goes back.”
Even though there are rumors that his son received $15,000 for the tape, Dog wants him to know that he doesn’t hate his son. “All I want him to know is that I love him very much.”

It hasn’t been a very fun year for Lily Allen so far. First she suffered a miscarriage, then her boyfriend Ed Simmons dumped her. And then yesterday she got a parking ticket!
The “Smile” singer was spotted risking a second ticket by parking on a doctor’s bay as she returned home last evening. But she didn’t seem to care.
And why would she? Allen has reportedly been “heartbroken” since her ex-boyfriend threw in the towel on their relationship. It seems they couldn’t keep it together after the tragedy of her miscarriage.
When the paps questioned the “Littlest Things” singer as to her single status, she replied angrily, “F**k off and mind your own business.” And a friend of the singer told press, “They tried to make things work but they couldn’t. The miscarriage was a horrible experience for both of them. Lily is devastated things haven’t worked out for her and Ed. But there is a big age difference and the miscarriage was too much to cope with so early on.”

Soon after his arrival, Carter stumbles into the lives of the family across the street: Sarah Hardwicke, the mother of two daughters: Paige, a precocious, effervescent eleven-year-old and her older sister Lucy, an angst-ridden teenager. While Sarah faces her own personal crisis, Lucy wrestles with her own fears. Through his relationships with all of these women, Carter discovers that what felt like the end was really just the beginning of something else…
Written and directed by Jonathan Kasdan, In the Land of Women stars Adam Brody as Carter Webb, Kristen Stewart (The Messengers) as Lucy, Meg Ryan as Sarah Hardwicke, Olympia Dukakis as Carters grandma, Makenzie Vega as Paige, Elena Anaya as Sofia, and Clark Gregg as Nelson Hardwicke.
The film will hit theaters on April 20th 2007.

Remember when Kate Moss broke up with Pete Doherty and had all of his posessions removed from her London home? Well apparently she was just blowing off some steam. But now she’s heartbroken that Pete has gotten back together with his ex-girlfriend.
Doherty’s reunion with ex-girlfriend Nadine Ruddy has Kate regretting her decision to break up with the Babyshambles frontman. Reportedly, Moss was planning on forgiving Pete for his indescretions, blaming drug use for his infidelity.
But it looks like it’s too late. According to a source, “Kate was willing to forgive Pete for his previous flings and was waiting for him to return from rehab. But she didn’t know that Pete had already hooked up with Nadine before his rehab stay. And he had no doubts about which ex-girlfriend to return to afterwards.”
Who knows? Maybe it’s better for Kate that Pete has moved on. He hasn’t exactly been a pillar of strength for her over the years, and he’s got enough emotional baggage to fill a 747 jumbo jet. Moving on may be hard, but it’s better than making the same mistake over and over.
