Amy Winehouse Scares Off Tour Manager

Coming off a treacherous night in Birmingham, Amy Winehouse continues to jet back and forth between her tour and her husband’s legal drama.

Most recently, the Rehab singer was spotted on Friday (November 16) arriving to London’s Excel Airport. From there, the troubled 24-year-old singer was headed to Glasgow, where she has back-to-back shows scheduled at Barrowlands.

Meanwhile, recent reports tell that Amy’s tour manager, Thom Stone, has quit his job because riding in a bus with the Rehab singer is damaging his health.

According to press, “Doctors reportedly discovered heroin in Thom’s system and the former manager maintained it came from working in close proximity to Winehouse and her equally troubled husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

An insider close to Winehouse tells that Stone’s decision actually pleased her, saying, “When he produced this note Blake and Amy thought it was a joke. They didn’t get on with Thom… They wanted rid of him anyway.”

Still showing clear signs of her impetigo infection and scratched arms, Amy Winehouse popped out of her London pad to visit her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in prison on Monday (March 24).

According to UK newspaper reports, Amy is alleged to be using a radical new urine-based ointment in a bid to clear up her blotchy skin condition.

Meanwhile, in a related story, tabloid sources allege that “Amy’s husband Blake’s addiction is just as bad as ever and he’s bragging about how he’s been asking Amy to help him get a fix.”

“He showed us the bank details of a known dealer inside Pentonville and said he’d asked Amy to make regular wire transfers to this guy in exchange for heroin,” the insider alleged to The Sun, adding, “Apparently he wanted each transfer to end in a single pound, so the dealer would know who the money came from.”

The source continued to tell that “the drug is sold for around four times its street value within the prison but Blake doesn’t care as long as he gets his hit. He’s [also] prepared to put his wife at risk. It shows how desperate he’s become.”

CSI Dourdan’s Desert Drug Bust

Gary Dourdan

Gary Dourdan should know better than anyone that crime doesn't pay.

Unfortunately, the soon-to-be former CSI star was arrested in Palm Springs early Monday for allegedly possessing a virtual pharmacy's worth of prescription and illegal drugs, among them heroin, cocaine and Ecstasy.

The Palm Springs PD said the 41-year-old actor was busted at approximately 5:12 a.m. when officers approached his vehicle, which was parked on the wrong side of the street at the time.

The officer who spotted the vehicle said the interior light of the car was on and that Dourdan appeared to be asleep behind the wheel.

According to the police report, the arresting officer described Dourdan (identified on his California driver's license as Robert Gary Durdin) as "disoriented" and appearing to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

A search of the car turned up cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy, several as yet unidentified prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia, per the police.

The actor was taken into custody at the scene and booked at the Palm Springs jail for possession of narcotics and possession of dangerous drugs. He was held for several hours and ultimately released at 10:30 a.m. on $5,000 bail.

Earlier this month, CBS and Dourdan confirmed he would not be renewing his contract or returning as the pill-popping Warrick Brown on the smash crime procedural after the show's May 15 finale.

Wino’s Spliff Decision: Doobie Doobie Do…or Don’t

Amy Winehouse

If you want to check out some dubious footage of Amy Winehouse reportedly doing some doobage, here's your chance, courtesy of U.K.'s skeevy tabloid News of the World. It's all a little unclear, and it's all relative of course, and we're especially glad Amy's not doing heroin or crack. But even if marijuana is all the "Rehab" singer ever smokes, she could probably have a long and successful career. And with her oddly enthralling talent, that's what we hope to see.Still, as you probably know, we're firm believers that kids shouldn't say No to drugs. What?! They should say No, thank you. Politeness counts!
