Lindsay Lohan’s Repaired Mercedes Back On eBay

Lindsay Lohan’s Repaired Mercedes Back On eBay

As reported earlier by , yesterday marked the first of ten days in which Lindsay Lohan will be performing community service in lieu of serving two days behind bars.

The Mean Girls actress, who was spotted chatting it up with fellow employees in between her workload, is paying her debt to society at Los Angeles’ American Red Cross.

Meanwhile, it appears that LiLo’s banged up Mercedes (from her Memorial Day curbside run-in) has reappeared on an eBay auction after being pulled down for repairs - possibly at the urging of Lohan’s lawyers.

According to reports, “The original eBay auction for the dinged up and now fixed Mercedes was very clear as to the pedigree of the former owner. Mysteriously the car was pulled down from auction after a couple of days, but it would now seem the seller has re-posted the item - only this time it’s been wiped of all traces of the LiLo stain.”

The latest eBay listing, which has a starting bid of $110,000, now reads: “We purchased this car with minor body damage in the left front corner from a California dealer about 60 days ago. Air bags did not deploy. Car ran and drove. This vehicle was originally sold for over $217,000 in Southern California to a high profile celebrity. All of the original manuals and booklets as well as the window stickers will be included in the sale of the vehicle.”

Sophie Monk: Life After Benji Madden

Sophie Monk: Life After Benji Madden

Sure, her ex-fiancé has been gallivanting all around town with his new high-profile girlfriend Paris Hilton.  But don’t count Sophie Monk out just yet.

The Australian babe was spotted out and about with a pal at the Melrose Trading Post swap meet at Fairfax High School yesterday.  And she had no trouble attracting the attention of male passersby.

But the real news is that Miss Monk may have moved on fairly quickly as well, since her disengagement from Madden.  Insiders are reporting that she’s found love with a multi-millionaire video game designer.

Sophie was spotted having a romantic breakfast at the Griddle café on the Sunset Strip with Jason Rubin, a gaming guru who recently sold one of his companies to Fox Interactive Media for more than $20 million.

Maybe that’s why she’s been smiling so big lately!

Lindsay’s Big-Screen Comeback Off Track

Lindsay Lohan

UPDATE: A source close to the production says Anne Hathaway, Evan Rachel Wood and Alison Lohman are all reading the Manson Girls script for the role of Charles Manson follower Nancy Pittman, recently vacated by Lindsay Lohan.

Meanwhile, the film's producer, Brad Wyman, tells News exclusively: "I have extraordinary faith in Lindsay and her talent and am saddened by her departure."________________________________

Good thing she has that Ugly Betty gig to fall back on, because Lindsay Lohan's movie prospects are rapidly going the way of the dodo.

After being touted as starring in two upcoming high-profile projectsa romantic comedy with Jack Black and a drama about the Manson Familythe actress needs to line up new work after being replaced in both films weeks before shooting was to commence, News has learned exclusively.

And the spinmeisters are out in full force to portray everything as hunky-dory.

Alison White of producer Patriot Pictures tells News that Lohan is no longer a part of Black’s next film Ye Olde Times, a rom-com in the world of Renaissance Faire.

But White says Lohan was not dumped. "We have just decided to go our separate ways. We currently have an offer out to another actor."

White would not say whether Lohan was being replaced for insurance, scheduling reasons or for her reputation for being difficult on set.

"That’s all I know," says White.

The Black movie had been slated to begin shooting already, but is now set to start Aug. 18 in Detroit, according to White.

Lohan is also being replaced as the star of the Manson Girls, in which she was set to play Nancy Pittman, a former follower of Charles Manson. The movie will start shooting July 21 in Los Angeles.

The film’s producer, Brad Wyman of Junction Films, told News two months ago that Lohan had signed on to star and, despite her brushes with the law and stints in rehab, there was no problem in insuring her for the movie.

Lohan’s publicist tells News that scheduling reasons were to blame for Lohan not taking part in the films.

"She never had a contract in place [for Manson Girls] and by the time something concrete came along, Lindsay had committed to other projects."

As for Ye Olde Times, Lohan’s publicist says, "Producers asked to put her on hold, but Lindsay couldn’t because she was going to be busy."

Lohan’s rep insists the star has a full schedule this summer already. Lohan, who recently shot a guest appearance for the Ugly Betty finale (a prelude to a multi-episode guest stint for next season), is signed on to star in Labor Pains, a new birthing comedy that will begin shooting in three weeks, and has been finishing up an album. She is currently shooting her leggings-line campaign and will be leaving next week for France to shoot a separate ad campaign.

Jennifer Aniston’s Former Flame Confirms Split

Jennifer Aniston

While rumors have been circulating for weeks that Jennifer Aniston had broken things off with Brian Bouma, News got an exclusive interview with the film-crew grip about his alleged split with the actress.

From his home in Vancouver, Brian tells News that "yes," he and Jen began dating earlier this year while she was filming the drama Traveling in Canada.

But he would not divulge further, except to say, "We are not seeing each other anymore."

However, sources reveal to News that Brian had been quietly flying down to Miami to see the 39-year-old actress on the set of her new movie Marley & Me.

"Jen's managed to keep this romance very under wraps," says one insider.

"She doesn't want to have another high-profile relationship, and she's very good at avoiding attention when she wants to, even in L.A."

When News asked Brian about the supposed treks to the Sunshine State, he simply said, "I don't want to talk about it at all."

Meanwhile, Jen's rep declined to comment on her romantic life.
