The music video for the song will be directed by Martin Fougerol in Foo’s ‘off time’ between the Aus tour and the European festivals.

In addition to the regular band lineup, “Let It Die” also features former Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear making an appearance on guitar.
When “Let It Die” reached top twenty in Modern Rock Tracks, Foo Fighters had three songs in Top 20 of Modern Rock Chart, being one of four acts to reach that.
An EP was released in May 2008 featuring “Let It Die,” an Arcade Fire cover, and two previously released B-sides. It is currently only available through the Canadian iTunes Store.

Venture Bros. Season Three teaser sans shrieking laughter - VIDEO
Those of you Venture Bros. fans that watched the Season Three teaser I posted in my NY Comic-Con report probably didn’t catch all the jokes. After all, the footage was a recording of a recording and the massive auditorium was packed with people screaming and laughing throughout the entire thing. Heck, I was actually there in-person and I could barely tell what was going on.
Quickstop Entertainment has finally posted high-quality versions of the exclusive teaser. Now you can watch it crouched over your laptop, ears pressed to your cheap speakers, the way media is meant to be enjoyed. Regardless, it looks like we are in for quite a season. According to Jackson Publick, Doc Hammer only had three and a half completed episodes to use for this trailer and this is definitely not a collection of the best of Season Three. If the best is truly still to come, then I’m sure the new season, starting June 1, will be nothing short of crazy spectacular.
I honestly cannot believe how I many little subtleties I missed while watching the teaser during the NYCC premiere. One big part that absolutely blew me away was the Office of Secret Intelligence (OSI) theme song. Yeah, you didn’t know there was one, did you? Blame the laughter from the fan video. Always blame the laughter. Anyway, after only a few viewings of the HQ teaser, that song has already permanently ingrained itself in the deepest recesses of my brain. Hopefully the Venture guys will upload it officially sometime and I can listen to it when I grocery shop like the super spy I am.

My Dwight Schrute bobblehead arrives… in two pieces
My Dwight Schrute bobblehead doll arrived in the mail today with a severed head. It was a clean cut: right at the shoulders. I called NBC’s customer service department about a replacement and it turns out they’re on back order until mid-August. Rats! I just got a new office space that has room on the desk for Dwight, the one and only bobblehead doll I ever plan on buying.
On a side note, besides the severed head, the bobblehead doll actually seems to be pretty high quality. It looks ceramic, but it’s plastic. Dwight’s neck must be too thin for travel because his head is pretty heavy. Anybody else have this problem?
