Cameron Diaz: Relationship Update

Cameron Diaz: Relationship Update

Just like the rest of us, celebrities work hard to maintain their fit physiques.  And Cameron Diaz was spotted yesterday after a grueling workout in Los Angeles.

The “Charlie’s Angels” hottie chatted incessantly on her mobile phone as she walked back to her car from the gym sporting a white scoopneck top, black yoga pants, and a pair of sneakers.

In related news, it sounds like Cameron has solved her problem of singleness with an English model.  That’s right, Jennifer Aniston’s ex Paul Sculfor has reportedly moved into Diaz’s Hollywood Hills home.

An insider reveals, “Cameron and Paul have been spending every night together.  He doesn’t have a house in LA and Cameron doesn’t mind him staying with her. When he dated Jen Aniston he used to stay at hotels, but Cameron likes him a lot and always wants to be around him.”

Basketball Suit No Longer in Leo’s Court

Leonardo DiCaprio

The best defense isn’t just a good offenseit’s also a good lawyer.

Leonardo DiCaprio has settled his long-pending lawsuit filed by some land-loving neighbors, who claimed that a B-ball court the actor built on his Hollywood Hills property destabilized their own prized piece of real estate.

The specifics of the settlement were not disclosed, save for court documents revealing that the resolution was conditional on amicable “specified terms.”

Ronald and Joan Linclau are expected to request a formal dismissal of their suit by Sept. 21.

The couple filed their $250,000 suit against DiCaprio and his cousin Robert Hrtica, the trustee of the estate, back in 2007, alleging trespass, nuisance and negligence.

The Linclaus claimed that when DiCaprio and cousin decided to hoop it up in 2004, the construction undermined a slope that was adjacent to the Linclaus’ property and weakened the foundation of their swimming pool, posing a potential (wet) threat to their home. They also claimed portions of their land were excavated without their permission, that several of their plants were removed and that DiCaprio ignored their requests to stop building.

Last March, the judge in the case gave the Linclaus the greenlight to go forward with the suit, further expanding the potential payout from DiCaprio by stating that the couple had grounds to seek punitive damages from the actor.

In April, he suffered a further blow, with the judge ruling the contractor DiCaprio hired for the job would not have to share in the cost of any judgment made against the actor.

For his part, DiCaprio filed a cross-complaint against the Linclaus’, and several of the independent contractors hired for the job had pending cross-claims against each other.

The case was originally scheduled to go to trial on July 21.

Liv Tyler: Bicoastal Babe

Liv Tyler: Bicoastal Babe

With her marriage to British rocker Royston Langdon on the outs, Liv Tyler has been spending more and more time in the States.

And last night, the “Armageddon” cutie and her son Milo were spotted departing out of LAX International Airport, headed for New York City’s JFK Airport.

Tyler looked mommylicious in a casual plaid dress with a pair of Lindsay Lohan-esque black leggings and matching flats while her little boy sported a red striped shirt with blue Paul Frank pants as he dragged his suitcase through the terminal.

While she was on the west coast, Liv reportedly did a little house hunting with her mother Bebe Buell.  They checked out properties in the Hollywood Hills, but haven’t settled on anything yet.

Solange Knowles’ Star-Studded Birthday Bash

Samantha Ronson, Solange Knowles, Lindsay Lohan

You didn’t know permabesties Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan were also friends with Solange Knowles? We didn’t either.

Turns out, maybe they’re not, despite this photo of the threesome from Solange’s 22nd birthday bash.

According to People, Sam was actually working at the party. She was hired to deejay the bash, held at a private mansion in the Hollywood Hills. And as for Linds…

She came early while Sam set up the turntables, but left before most guests arrived around 11 p.m, including Beyoncé, Ludacris, Mario and Ne-Yo.

Big-sister B made sure guests didn’t go hungry. The menu included barbecue chicken, cornbread, greens, mac and cheese and of course, cupcakes. As for the music, Sam spun all of Jay-Z’s and Beyoncé’s hit songs, at Solange’s request.

No word on whether any of the birthday’s girl’s own jams were actually played.
