Tila Tequila’s “A Shot at Love” Shocker

Tila Tequila’s “A Shot at Love” Shocker

The latest season of her reality dating show “A Shot at Love” has come to an end and Tila Tequila stopped by MTV’s Total Request Live yesterday to talk about the finale.

The MySpace queen hammed it up at the Times Square studios, along with this season’s winner Kristy Morgan.  But the season finale didn’t go the way everyone was expecting.

When everything was said and done, Tila had to choose between the studly Bo and the sexy Kristy.  And when she eliminated her male suitor, there was only one thing left to ask Kristy - “You still have a shot at love- are you interested?”

Unbeknownst to Miss Tequila, Kristy wasn’t quite ready for a relationship, hence she declined the invitation.  That’s why it’s called reality TV… anything can happen.

Carrie Underwood’s Grand Ole Opry Invite

Carrie Underwood’s Grand Ole Opry Invite

It was an emotional night for Carrie Underwood, as the American Idol alum is set to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry after being invited to join the long-running country music show on Saturday night (March 15).

According to press reports, “Randy Travis extended the invitation as Underwood finished ‘I Told You So,’ a Travis song that Underwood recorded on her latest album.”

Becoming overwhelmed with emotion, Underwood gladly accepted the invite before giving Randy a big hug. Her official induction to be held May 10th.

“I felt like I just won something amazing all over again,” she said. “The Opry has meant so much to me growing up, seeing people perform and wanting to do that.”

The 25-year-old Underwood becomes the latest young hitmaker to become an Opry member in recent years, joining Brad Paisley, Josh Turner and Dierks Bentley.

Claire Danes Gets Artsy

Claire Danes Gets Artsy

There has always been a strong correlation between artists and celebrities.  And on Thursday night, Claire Danes got her fill of some contemporary art across the pond in London.

The “Romeo and Juliet” actress attended Rene Ricard’s “What Every Young Sissy Should Know” exhibit at the Scream Gallery.  And she definitely brought a beautiful, youthful vibe to the shindig.

Danes opted for a fun rose print sleeveless dress as she mingled with the other attendees of the invitation-only private viewing of the exhibit.

Claire has been spending a lot of time in the UK as of late, as she’s filming “Me and Orson Welles” alongside “High School Musical” hottie Zac Efron.

Grand Ole Carrie!

Carrie Underwood

Adding another notch on her I'm-way-more-successful-than-Kelly-Clarkson belt, country music sweetheart Carrie Underwood was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry Saturday night.

The American Idol season four champion and three-time Grammy Award winner told the sold-out crowd, "This really seems like a great family to be part of. I promise I'll do everything I possibly can to not make you regret it."

Country music star and Opry member Garth Brooks presented the award to Underwood, who is the current Female Vocalist of the Year for the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. He told her, "Nothing will last as long or be more important than this award right here tonight. Congratulations."

Membership to the Opry is invitation-only and based on the artist's commitment to the show and overall contribution to country music. Underwood, 25, made her debut on the 83-year-old radio program in 2005, just two weeks after winning Idol. She's currently on the road headlining her Carnival Ride tour.
