At this point in her career, Rihanna probably doesn’t get too shocked when she wins another award. But she sure loves to add to her collection.
At last night’s 2008 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada, the Good Girl Gone Bad songstress took home the trophy for Best International Video, given for her hit “Don’t Stop the Music.”
But that’s not all… the 20-year-old pop sensation also garnered the award for Most Watched Video, of course for her mega-hit song “Umbrella.” That’s two for two!
And best of all, Rihanna looked amazing as she stopped to pose for a few photos outside the Chum/City Building, sporting a tank-style dress that zipped up from the bottom along with some huge hoops and chunky jewelry.

Standing tall in a pair of platform pumps, Nicole Richie met up with her manager Michael Baum in Burbank, California on Thursday (June 5).
The day started off with a series of meetings, with the two then grabbing lunch at Bossa Nova in Hollywood.
Following a quick bite to eat, Nicole and her rep then migrated over to Century City for another round of meetings - making for one long day.
In related news, Nicole has also been gearing up for the autumn launch of House of Harlow - which is starting off as a jewelry range, but will grow into a collection of childrenswear and accessories.
During a recent interview, Nicole was asked about her changing sense of style, saying: “I still like to dress up. I think every girl, whether you’re 13 or in your 20’s, should always try new things. I’ve had my hair pink and brown and blonde and I think it’s all about trying new things. I’m really open to new looks. I love fashion so much that I definitely want to take it to the next level and I’m really excited about it all.”

Beverly Hills was abuzz last night with prominent women from the journalism realm. And as with any high society event, Hollywood’s elite showed up to make an appearance.
Angelina Jolie was looking fine as she made a grand entrance to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Donning a professional-looking attire, including a pants suit and minimal jewelry, the mother of four showed up to support the Courage in Journalism nominees.
Meg Ryan also stopped by to congratulate the recipients of the prestigious awards. Since 1990, the International Women’s Media Foundation has held the event.
The awards honor female journalists who have overcome the odds and reported under tense conditions.
Eva Mendes: My Hero
Eva Mendes: My Hero
If Barney the Dinosaur made purple “geek,” Eva Mendes is making it “chic.” The Hitch hottie showed up at the My Hero gala last night, and she looked amazing.
The “We Own the Night” actress wore a knee-length purple dress with black detailing, along with overstated jewelry and a black handbag. And this girl looked mighty good for someone who was recently bucked off a horse.
That’s right, Mendes was doing a photo shoot in which she was riding a horse. And when the flashes started going off, the horse flipped and knocked her off.
Luckily she wasn’t hurt. Eva told press, “I didn’t get hurt, fortunately, as I have been bucked by a horse several times before so I’ve got quite good at it. I think it’s an energy I give off. They don’t seem to like me.”
