Packing some heat, Hayden Panettiere looked ever the femme fatale while on the set of her hit show Heroes, which was shooting in Los Angeles on Saturday (June 21).
Also on hand was boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia, who wore an all black ensemble with his hair slicked back as he filmed a few action sequences.
Season three of the show is all set to open with a three-hour episode airing Monday, September 22, 2008. According to studio reports, the first hour will be a clip show of the past two seasons with the final two hours containing the Heroes season premiere and the opening of the third volume, “Villains”.”
While “Villains” was originally designed to be included within the second season, the writers’ strike forced the volume to be carried over into what’s sure to be a captivating season three.

Out in NYC following Thursday’s Los Angeles premiere of his new movie “Wanted”, James McAvoy and wife Anne-Marie Duff were spotted enjoying a romantic walk around Soho on Saturday (June 21).
Strolling around hand-in-hand, the 29-year-old Scottish actor and his actress wife of two years are currently away from their London home as James takes on the promotional duties for “Wanted” while co-star Angelina Jolie readies for the birth of her baby twins.
In related news, during his visit to the States, McAvoy was asked whether he pays much attention to the movie business and the tabloid buzz.
“I don’t spend a lot of time in L.A. I don’t hang out ‘in the industry’ in London. I don’t read all the newspapers and watch E! Entertainment every day,” James tells.
Nonetheless, McAvoy’s approach seems to be working in his favor, as he goes on to tell: “I do notice that I’m finding it easier to do projects that I like, and that’s a very welcome state of affairs. It’s all been a lovely kind of explosion. And I just hope it continues.”

The always-stunning Miranda Kerr was on hand for the Gran Canaria Moda Calida 2008 show in Las Palmas, Spain on Saturday (June 21).
The 25-year-old Australian supermodel first met with press and fans waiting outside before swapping one sexy bathing suit for another during her catwalk routine.
Relatedly, Kerr recently spoke with Style magazine about having received the title of “Supermodel”, to which she explained: “I don’t know. That’s what they’re calling me but I don’t really consider myself a supermodel.”
“I mean, what is a supermodel? Is it like a superhero? I think it’s funny. I don’t take myself too seriously. I just go along with it,” she added.

Back home in Los Angeles following a lengthy vacation/promotional trip overseas, Kim Kardashian headed out for a shopping spree at Intermix boutique yesterday afternoon (June 21).
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s” hottie, her sister and a friend all pulled up in Kim’s sporty black Bentley - hopping out to comb the racks of the trendy Robertson Blvd boutique.
Meanwhile, Miss Kardashian recently passed through Venice, Italy before ending her nearly two-week stay abroad in London, where she attended the premiere of “Hancock”.
While in Venice, Kim blogged about about her trip, telling: “Venice is absolutely beautiful!! We drove there from Florence—about a two hour drive. We spent the day walking around then had an amazing dinner on the water.”
She also offered up her “Top 5″ things to do for those who find themselves in the northern Italian city, which reads:
1. Visit the Basilica di San Marco.
2. Take a gondola ride, of course! I recommend the Grand Canal—that’s like the city’s main street.
3. Get a room with a kitchen and cook a fresh catch from the fish market.
4. Take a lift up to the top of the basilica’s tall campanile.
5. The best window shopping is on the wide street, Calle Larga XXII Marzo.
