Looking as hot as ever, Mischa Barton was spotted at the Box restaurant in New York City yesterday showing off her uber-cool shoes.
The OC actress is on a worldwide tour for shoemaker Keds, and she’s peddling selections from the Spring 2008 line.
Barton wore a little black dress with white polka dots along with a matching pair of black platform-style, open-toed Keds. For a casual shoe company, they’re certainly moving forward in their fashion sense.
Mischa is on the “Top 20 Earning Young Superstars” list put out by Forbes magazine. Coming in at number 13 ($4.5 million this year), Barton beat out Mandy Moore, “Hannah Montana” actress Miley Cyrus, and even Lindsay Lohan.

Mischa Barton quit The O.C. with expectations of turning into a big movie star. But when few offers came in, many wondered whether Barton had made the wrong decision.
At the present, The O.C. is no longer and Mischa has seven films due out in the next 18 months. With this in mind, it appears that dropping her Marissa Cooper role may have not been such a bad move after all.
Besides her numerous movie roles, Mischa has also inked a contract extension promoting the sneaker brand Keds.
“Mischa is a leading style influencer and has been an excellent partner helping Keds reposition the brand image and product over the last three years. When we first signed Mischa, she was just on the cusp of fame, and since then has grown into a promising young actress and become known globally as a fashion trendsetter. We look forward to her continued involvement in the brand in 2008,” said Shawn Neville, president of Keds Corporation.
And with the good money that comes along with cinema and sneaker deals, Mischa was spotted spending a little of her hard-earned cash at Barney’s in NYC.
