Jason Isaacs Talks ‘Potter’
There’s a new interview with Harry Potter star Jason Isaacs over at ComingSoon.net. In it, he talks about watching the kids grow up, being able to work with his idols, begging JK Rowling to bring his character back for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and not being recognized on the street without his platinum blonde hair!
CS: What was it like to pick up the final “Harry Potter” book when it came out and not know what was in there, especially for you?
Isaacs: I’m not quite strong enough to pick up a book of that weight. I had a couple of people to help me, and a winch. The secret can be out now. Before it came out I wasn’t quite sure – there was a point where I wasn’t sure I was going to do anymore because there wasn’t much for me to do in number five and I wasn’t in number six. I met Jo Rowling for the first time at a big awards dinner. I went over and basically fell to my knees and said “Get me out of prison, I beg you.” She looked over her shoulder and looked back at me mouthing “You’re out. Chapter One.” And that was it, that’s all I had to know, and I signed up immediately.
CS: Do you know when you start?
Isaacs: I think I start February next year, but I’m not sure. Dan’s [Radcliffe] got to go to Broadway first and wow them with all of his… with all of him. [Laughs]

Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller Party on the Edge
Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller Party on the Edge
Their new film “Edge of Love” debuted earlier this week at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. And Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller were all about celebrating at their private VIP party last night.
The girls got down at the Berkley Hotel in London, England, with Knightley sporting a strapless purple frilly dress with black super-high heels and Sienna rocking a more conservative short-sleeved white dress with black shoes.
When it came time to ditch her clothes for a scene in the new movie, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” hottie said ‘no problem.’ She told press, “I always bare my breasts. It’s not like it’s only in this film! It was very simple. It was a sex scene and I never like them when they’ve got bras on.”
But when it came to singing in the film, Keira wasn’t nearly as nonchalant. “I thought I was going to die. My knees actually started buckling. I wasn’t particularly pleased that Shar (her mother, Sharman Macdonald put singing into the script – in the first couple of takes I sounded like a pubescent boy.”
“On Your Knees Then…”
…are the suggestive words written on Scarlet Johansson’s face on a new poster for The Spirit. Last week we got one of Eva Mendes asking us if she looked like a good girl, so I can only imagine what sexual filth will be on Samuel L Jacksons face next week.

Taylor Swift’s CMA Close Up
Taylor Swift’s CMA Close Up
It’s a big weekend in Nashville, with the CMA Music Festival just underway. And in the middle of all the hoopla is none other than Taylor Swift.
The award-winning country music newcomer was at the historic Ryman Auditorium last night for the CMA Celebrity Close Up series, and despite her young age, she held her own.
Taylor wore a conservative-yet-sexy little black dress along with the requisite pair of black leather cowboy boots as she interacted with the crowd, and even got on her knees to dance with a young fan.
And tomorrow, she’ll have a busy day ahead of her, as she’s committed to spending a full six hours doing meet and greets and signing autographs. She told press, “It’s been drastic to deal with the numbers of fans who want an autograph now, but I tell myself not to ever let it become a burden. Fans are the only reason why I’m here. I have zero record sales without them. I have zero songs on the radio without them. Without the fans I’m nothing, so why not give back?”
Miss Swift also commented on the welcome influx of fame, which is much different from her debut at the CMA Fest just a few years earlier. “I came to CMA Music Fest three years ago and nobody knew who I was. That first year, when people would come up to me and ask for my autograph, it felt so good, and I was so excited. That was a big deal to me.”
