Lindsay Lohan’s Birthday Party: An Inside Look
Lindsay Lohan’s Birthday Party: An Inside Look
Usually the 22nd birthday is a let-down, being that it’s the follow-up to the big 2-1. But Lindsay Lohan’s second year of being legal ended with a fabulous bash on Wednesday night.
The crimson-haired hottie threw a massive party at Hollywood, California hotspot Teddy’s (inside the Roosevelt Hotel) and celebrated her 22nd year of life along with 100 of her closest friends, including girlfriend Samantha Ronson and mother Dina Lohan.
Rocking a Pepto-Bismol pink gown, LiLo was in perfect sync with the evening’s retro-80s prom theme. Her table was filled with cupcakes, as well as a massive Marilyn Monroe birthday cake.
And it was a dry night for the “Mean Girls” actress. She sipped Red Bulls all night while the rest of her guests were treated to Belvedere Vodka cocktails.
It’s lights, camera, New York this summer - VIDEO
VH1 diva Tiffany “New York” Pollard is back this summer for another chapter in her celebreality life. New York Goes to Hollywood premieres in August and will follow your favorite H.B.I.C. as she leaves Tailor-Made behind and tries to make it in Tinsel Town.
To rev up for the new show, VH1 put together a set of promos that have New York acting as classic Hollywood characters. She plays Dorothy from Wizard of Oz: “Toto, where the f*ck are we?” She plays Marilyn Monroe in that classic scene where the blonde starlet walks over the sidewalk grate. However, New York uses the breeze from the passing subway car to dry her nails and her nether regions. Whatever works, right? Finally, New York plays Forrest Gump and imparts some wisdom about life and chocolates.
The videos are after the jump. All three are stupid and unfunny. And all three prove the New York’s new show is going to be a blast. Check it out and let me know what you think.
New York Goes to Hollywood premieres August 4th at 9 p.m. ET on VH1.
Lindsay Lohan’s Career Revival
Lindsay Lohan’s Career Revival
In her latest attempt to revive her acting career, Lindsay Lohan was spotted back on the set of her current gig “Labor Pains” looking as happy as could be.
The “Mean Girls” starlet enjoyed the beautiful weather, sporting a salmon-colored hippie-style top with a pair of striped shorts and blue flats.
Meanwhile, for her new line of leggings, LiLo has chosen a very notable number - “6126″ named after Marilyn Monroe’s birthday (earlier this year Lindsay did a nude spread for New York Magazine emulating a Monroe photo shoot).
The leggings will be sold at one of Lohan’s favorite boutiques, Fred Segal, coming this August. Her line will include footless tights, cashmere leg warmers, and ankle gloves ni a range of patterns and fabrics.
Nicole Scherzinger Updates A Classic
Nicole Scherzinger Updates A Classic
She’s the queen of the Pussycat Dolls, and a shining star as a solo artist. But last night, Nicole Scherzinger took a trip back in time to channel the late Marilyn Monroe.
The “Buttons” singer busted out a killer rendition of “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” in a remarkable staging of the classic.
The song originally appeared in the 1953 movie “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” as sung by the late Monroe, and Nicole paid tribute by wearing a pink dress similar to Marilyn’s garment in the film.
Earlier in the evening, Scherzinger showed up on the red carpet looking basically beautiful in a strapless black dress complimented by a pair of open-toe heels.
This girl is classy all the way.
