Her hair has finally grown back after a movie related shaving, and the lovely Mena Suvari was happy to show off her budding blonde locks at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Wednesday (March 12).
The American Beauty babe busily chatted with friends and grabbed a front row seat at Smashbox Studios in Culver City for the Jenny Han Fall 2008 show.
In related news, just last month, the 29-year-old paid a visit to Uganda for the African Medical & Research Foundation (AMREF). Kate was there as Goodwill Ambassador on behalf of their cause.
“We’re excited to introduce Mena to our work on the ground and proud to have her join our efforts to highlight the extraordinary work that AMREF is doing to ensure that families and communities across the country have access to health and health care,” said AMREF Country Director Joshua Kyallo.

In Miami, Florida for the Winter Music Festival, American Beauty babe Mena Suvari made the most of a recent trip down south to the sunshine state.
Besides frolicking on the beach with her Italian-American dancer beau Simone Sesito, Mena was a staple at the various parties and events associated with the festival.
According to FOX Pop Tarts, “Mena was spotted over the weekend selecting bags of free swag at the Armani Exchange Music Lounge at the Raleigh Hotel Penthouse.”
“Mena and her boyfriend were just so cute together, holding hands as they picked out different designer goodies,” a Pop Tarts source said. “She said they were enjoying the weather and time together.”

Something's not adding up on Maxim's "ultimate list of the world’s most beautiful women.”
Case in point: Ashley Tisdale or Angelina Jolie? Tisdale or Gisele Bündchen? Tisdale or Tina Fey?
It’s no contest: Tisdale is No. 10 on the list, while Jolie, Bündchen and Fey don’t even make it. No offense to Sharpay, but something is wrong here. (We will, however, applaud G4's Olivia Munn at 99.)
As well, the editors clearly never forgot their first piece of American Pie, putting not one but two slices of the movie's cast on the list: cover girl Shannon Elizabeth and the inexplicable Mena Suvari. Had they included the divine Alyson Hannigan, we might have forgiven them, but…
This all seems so random. Why not add that girl you totally liked in junior high as well? Who knows, maybe she might call you now.
Also, we know it’s a list of hot ladies, but did the thesaurus up and quit ? How else to explain:

With prose like this, you'd almost think Maxim doesn't expect subscribers to read this issue but will be content to simply drool over the pictures.
