Second Disaster Movie Poster

MTV Movies Blog got a look at the second poster for Disaster Movie. I get a feeling the makers of Epic Movie and Date Movie will be releasing many different posters spoofing many different movies. Before it was The Day After Tomorrow and now its The Simpsons Movie. However, I also get the feeling that the posters will be better than the movie itself.

Cinematical got themselves an exclusive look at the new poster for Disaster Movie. (I’m sure they are very honoured)

I didn’t know of this movies existence but the title gave it away as to what I should expect. It comes from the makers of Meet the Spartans, Epic Movie and Date Movie, which all have a score below 3/10 on IMDB, so it will no doubt suck even if the poster is slightly amusing.

As usual Carmen Electra is in it, but I assume you already guessed that. It looks like they will be spoofing The Day After Tomorrow along with other ‘end of the world’ movies. However, they will also be spoofing The Love Guru, The Incredible Hulk and Superbad which have nothing to do with disasters at all.

New Indiana Jones 4 Poster is a Fake

Collider, but is it real? Nope (to be fair Collider siad it could be possibly fan made). Just a cool fan created throwback to the popular Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade poster done by Drew Struzan.

The design looks almost identical to the Last Crusade artwork by Struzan, even down to the specks on the right edge.

When we originally posted this story, I was very skeptical of the movie poster’s authenticity. Thinking it was cool enough to post even if it was a fan creation, I put the question out to the readers: Is the poster Real or Fake? And we got our answer… As it turns out, the Harrison Ford photo comes from the cover of the new Empire Magazine.

Drew Struzan does Hellboy 2

Hellboy Drew Struzan

CHUD has learned that Guillermo del Toro has commissioned legendary poster artist Drew Struzan to create a poster for Hellboy II: The Golden Army. The duo collaborated for the first film, but the geniuses at the Sony Pictures marketing department thought it would be better to copy the style of Fox’s successful X-Men franchise. Check out Struzan’s unused original art for Hellboy below.

For those who don’t know, Drew Struzan has created some of the most memorable movie poster art of the last 30 years: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, E.T., Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, The Muppets, Blade Runner, First Blood, An American Tail, and The Goonies.
