Madonna and Family: Life as Usual in NYC

Madonna and Family: Life as Usual in NYC

Stuck under a more-intense-than-usual spotlight ever since divorce and affair rumors started to build, Madonna and family have been doing their best to keep at their usual routine while staying in New York City.

And today was no different, as the whole gang went about their daily business, with Madge spotted leaving her Big Apple apartment to run a few errands wearing an Ed Hardy sweatshirt with a geisha on the back.

Meanwhile, Guy did his own thing by taking a walk with his trainer while, back at he and Madge’s place, Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted running inside with a nanny tending to young David Banda.

Not to be left out, Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon took her personal nanny out to an uptown nail salon before heading back and getting brother Rocco Ritchie for a trip to Chelsea Piers.

As for Madonna and Guy’s relationship status, a statement released to People magazine reads: “My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study.”

Nanny Negates Rob Lowe Employees’ Sordid Stories

Rob Lowe, Sheryl Lowe

The he said, she said continues. And how.

Jessica Gibson, the one-time nanny who is suingand is being sued byRob Lowe and his wife has denied every allegation of questionable behavior leveled at her in a sheaf of declarations the actor’s camp filed last week.

First off, Gibson denies the statement made by her “estranged half-sister,” who used to be the Lowes’ estate manager, that Gibson was required to sign a confidentiality agreement when she came to work for the family.

“I do not think that I ever signed a confidentiality agreement…I do not remember being asked to sign one,” Gibson stated in her own declaration, which was filed Wednesday and obtained by TMZ.com.

She also denied ever telling her half-sis, Jamie, that she would never have gone after the Lowes for sexual harassment if they had just paid her the $200 they owed her.

“Back when she and I were speaking, I expressed the view that my claims were substantial,” Gibson stated.

Before Gibson filed suit, the Lowes sued her for breach of contract, trespass and other work-related no-nos, claiming she had blabbed about their personal life to third parties and had engaged in a plot to extort money from them.

Last week’s filing included statements from one of the Lowes’ former chefs and a tennis instructor who both claimed Gibson regularly behaved in a sexually suggestive way around them, sometimes while the Lowes’ young sons were around.

Bit by bit, Gibson denies the various details of the men’s stories, including chef James Maclean’s statement that she would pretend to be Lowe’s wife Sheryl when she went shopping and tennis pro Nigel Armstrong’s recollection that she pursued him even after he told her he had a serious girlfriend.

“We broke up because I learned that he had a girlfriend while he was seeing me,” Gibson said. “He pursued me after the breakup.”

In response to Sheryl Lowe’s declaration that Gibson seemed to have a thing for Rob and would openly flirt with him while she was around, Gibson reiterated: “I did not flirt with or seek sexual or romantic attention from Rob Lowe. In fact, I protested against his attempts to obtain sexual gratification from me.”

This increasingly sordid exchange began in April when Lowe blogged about Gibson’s alleged attempt to obtain $1.5 million from him, writing on the Huffington Post that she had threatened to go public with a harassment tale if he didn’t pay up.

That same week, he sued Gibson; Laura Boyce, another ex-nanny; and the family’s former chef, Peter Clements, for breach of contract. (The suit against Clements has since been dropped.)

Salma Hayek’s Frazzled Afternoon

Salma Hayek’s Frazzled Afternoon

For most of us, a routine trip to the eye doctor is pretty mundane.  But for Salma Hayek, it can quickly become a paparazzi circus.

The “Desperado” hottie was spotted taking her baby daughter Valentina for a checkup at a Los Angeles medical building yesterday afternoon, looking frazzled and a bit paranoid.

Sporting some massively puffed-out hair, a summery top, and a pair of jeans, Miss Hayek looked desperate to shield her baby’s eyes with her own oversized sunglasses.

And this isn’t the first time Salma has had issues with prying photogs.  She recently told press, “I was hounded when I was pregnant. And even more since I’ve had the baby. They are parked outside of your house and they will not move for months. I didn’t leave my house for nearly three months… I’ve gotten hit with a camera before.”

Back in February, she explains, things went from bad to worse when Valentina was almost injured by eager shutterbugs.  “First I see them attacking me with the camera and the flashes. Now she starts screaming, the baby. Then they push the nanny, she was going to the floor.  It was so disturbing. I didn’t know if they wanted to get the picture or they wanted to push the baby and get me crazy. I’m not sure because it was almost - it was really deliberate. It’s a baby.”

He became a daddy this past August 22nd, and yesterday Tom Brady celebrated Father’s Day with his son John Edward Brady and girlfriend Gisele Bundchen.

The NFL stud and his Brazilian beauty girlfriend looked like a picture of domestic bliss as they enjoyed time with the baby in Los Angeles, California.  But all too soon, John Edward’s nanny arrived to pick up the child and return him to his mother Bridget Moynahan.

Speaking of Bridget, she was also spotted out on Father’s Day, taking advantage of her few hours of freedom by running errands and getting her car washed.

The “Recruit” hottie looked slim and trim in a long-sleeved grey shirt with a pair of black yoga pants and a pair of comfy-looking sneakers.
