Is Paris Really Doing a Dog Care Show? Really?

Paris Hilton I heard Paris is getting a new TV show about pets or something. Is this true? Isn't she supposed to have had troubles with all her dogs?Barrie, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

And her cat, yes. But troubles may not be the best word. The Middle East has had troubles. Paris' pets have had experiencesif reports are truethat fall somewhere between Lord of the Flies and Guantanamo Bay.

First, the reports you mention. Bunches of tabloids are reporting that Paris Hilton has scored a deal with Britain's Living TV network to follow the heiress as she manages a pet grooming salon on Bond Street. However, when I contacted the network, they seemed as bewildered as a flock of underfed Chihuahuas.

"This one's not us, I'm afraid," a Living spokeswoman just told me via email. "It was misreported in yesterday's Daily Star Sunday that it was, and I'm afraid I'm not sure what channel it is."

Hilton's reps didn't return a request for comment, so if there is a show like this in the worksanywherethe details remain a mystery.

Either way, it might not be the best idea. If there is a celebrity out there who has a rep for being a good pet mommy, it's not Paris:

"I can't imagine this [TV show] happening," Kris Kelly, whose agency had to re-rescue the poor abandoned kitty Prada, told me today. "It would be a joke. She should stay away from animals. I don't know why she would do a show for animals."

Sounds like the only show that should be associating itself with Paris is Animal Precinct.

Heidi and Spencer Celebrate Music Video

Heidi and Spencer Celebrate Music Video

Celebrating the recent release of her new music video “Higher”, Heidi Montag and producer boyfriend Spencer Pratt enjoyed a day of shopping and fine dining around town on Tuesday (February 5).

The Hills couple started things off by paying a visit to the uber-trendy Rumor boutique in Sherman Oaks, where Heidi tried on a number of slinky dresses while Spencer looked on, sneaking in a kiss here and there.

While at Rumor, the duo took time to do a segment for Perez Hilton’s new TV show, where they talked about her single and the ongoing feud with Lauren Conrad.

After spending a couple of hours in the store, Heidi and Spencer left laden with goodies. Afterwards, the two shared a romantic meal at the trendy Katsuya restaurant in Studio City before calling it a night.

Wolverine And The X-Men Trailer Online!

Wolverine And The X-Men LogoThat’s right, Wolverine AND The X-Men. The good people making this new TV show are using their brains and think by using Wolverine’s name it will get more people to watch it. If having three whole movies focusing on the smelly brute wasn’t good enough, we are also getting a TV show about him, alongside the Wolverine spin-off X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The word ‘overload’ comes to mind. The show looks similar to X-Men: Evolution that we got a few years back. From the trailer it appears the shows focus is on Wolverine mostly, along with Rogue. Here’s the synopsis:

When an explosive event shatters the lives of the X-Men and takes away their mentor, the beaten heroes walk away from it all.

But then they’re given a rare glimpse into the future, and see a world in utter ruin, ruled by giant destructive robots. A world that spiraled out of control because the X-Men had given up.

So now the most legendary of all X-Men takes the lead - Wolverine! Reuniting these broken heroes, Wolverine embarks on the ultimate mission - to prevent the world’s destruction.

To rescue us from ourselves. To save the future.

Following on from X-Men 3 where the main characters died every 3 minutes, Xavier and Jean are bumped off early on. Yet again Cyclops hits emo mode and grows a beard due to the death of Jean. Storm seems to have flown away somewhere, leaving only Wolverine to save the day, along with Beast. Don’t worry I am not spoiling anything, the trailer shows you it all.

Wolverine And The X-Men will be showing on the BBC in the UK in 2008. There is no word where it will be airing anywhere else as of yet.

Update: It seems they have removed the trailer due to the large amount of traffic the site received.
