They’ve both been busy as of late attending to their respective careers. But yesterday, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were spotted traveling together through LAX International Airport.
The former Newlyweds stud and his former MTV veejay sweetie looked refreshed as they made their way through the terminal, having just returned from a trip to New York City.
Nick sported a preppy blue polo shirt with a matching baseball cap and jeans as he carried their dog wookie around the baggage claim, while Vanessa looked sexy in a multicolored cleavage-baring dress.
While in the Big Apple, they checked out Nick’s brother Drew’s current Broadway gig ‘Spamalot,’ with a romantic pre-show dinner at the Gramercy Park Hotel, and a post-show nightcap at Empire hotel.

American Idol champ Ruben Studdard has something to sing about.
The season two winner married Surata Zuri McCants, his girlfriend of two years, in his hometown of Birmingham, Ala., on Saturday. It’s the first marriage for the Velvet Teddy Bear.
The ceremony took place at Canterbury United Methodist Church and Studdard reportedly had 20 groomsmen by his side. The newlyweds had just filed for a marriage license in Alabama on Monday.
Studdard, 29, and McCants, 30, met in October 2006 at a Wal-Mart in Atlanta where he was signing CDs. He followed her to the toy aisle and got her phone number.
Now if only he could have the same success with a record label…
No Wedding Bells for Cameron Diaz…for Now
Cameron Diaz is not engaged.
Her publicist tells News that the ring she was photographed wearing Wednesday night leaving Nobu after dinner with Paul Sculfor is not of the engagment variety.
“It is not an engagement ring. It is her own ring, designed by her friend Lenore Marusak for La Paix.” (Marusak is a producer who has worked on television shows like Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica.)
Hint to Cam: If you want to avoid nuptial speculation altogether, wear it on your right hand instead.

They’ve already returned back home, but Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley won’t be forgetting the joys of their recent romantic Mexican getaway anytime soon.
The day before jetting back to California, the couple, who wed last December, enjoyed a relaxing lunch - indulging in margaritas and shots of tequila throughout their meal.
Insiders on the scene tell: “After a cigarette and a stretch, the couple then decamped to an infinity pool where they enjoyed fruity drinks with friends.”
Shortly thereafter, the happy newlyweds “snuck off for a kiss and a cuddle as they cooled off in the water - toweling down as the sun began to fade before heading back to their room.”
