Heroes gets the Greatest American Hero
According to an interview with Newsarama, the actor William Katt who is best known from the ’80s television show The Greatest American Hero will be appearing in a guest starring capacity on the NBC show Heroes. He is playing a reporter that is pursuing Ali Larter’s ’Nikki’ character (who, given this information, likely survived the explosion that ended last season).
“I just filmed it last week,” Katt says. “I play a really, really wonderful, seedy, smarmy-mouthed reporter that goes after Ali Larter. It was a lot of fun.”
When comparing Heroes to the superhero show he once starred in, Katt says “It’s more Hitchcockian. It’s a more dark and seedy look at the world of superheroes. It’s offering to television viewers what some of the better comic books do…Tim Kring is just an extraordinary writer. And I think there’s no end to his creativity. He’s kind of mad, in an insane way. And that always makes it interesting. There are a lot of twists yet to come.”
My only question is: will he tell the other heroes where to find the instruction book?
Jessica Alba’s Family Lunch Outing
Jessica Alba’s Family Lunch Outing
It was a day of dining for Jessica Alba, who made her way over to Jack n’ Jill’s with her brother, Joshua Alba, his wife Nikki Leigh and their son on Thursday (March 20).
The Sin City starlet looked her typical lovely self, dressed in all black with celebrity shades to help block the bright California springtime sun.
According to an onlooker, “On the way out, the waiter had to catch their attention - handing them their nearly forgotten baby bottle to the group’s appreciation.”
And pretty soon, it’ll be Jessica who’s in charge of keeping tabs of her own baby essentials - as the 26-year-old brunette is expecting her first child with her beau Cash Warren this June.
Grey's Fans, You Ready for a McThorny Affair?

So, now you've seen her.
The new "potential love interest" for Patrick Dempsey on Grey's Anatomy is Miss Lauren Stamile, who plays the nurse that was "invisible" to our beloved Dr. McDreamy until last night's episode.
Is it just me, or does this all reek of the introduction of Paolo and Nikki on Lost? You know, that silent, unseen character that—poof!—all of a sudden comes front and center in the main plot? (At least her first line wasn't about the functionality of a toilet. Not to mention, Stamile is really likable.)
Clearly, given the way Paolo and Nikki were received, this sort of already-there introduction can be irksome to the fans. But you have to hand it to Grey's writers, because they found a pretty genius way to make you feel instantly sympathetic to Meredith and Derek's potential third wheel. See, Rose, just like our beloved Bailey (who got walked on all over again by her high school sweetheart Marcus, played by D.B. Woodside, last night), turns out to be a sweet, unassuming girl who has been imperceptible to Dr. McDreamy. She's shared dozens of surgeries with him, but he didn't really notice her until last night.
Surely, many a female viewer can relate (after all, we see Dempsey every week and he doesn't see us back…the nerve!), but my question to you is this: Is it enough to make you like Rose? Do you like having her in the mix? Or do you wish Meredith and Derek could be left alone and live happily (boringly?) ever after in La-La Land?
Do tell. 'Cause—mild spoiler alert—I've heard the plan is to keep Rose (Stamile) around for a good long while this season, and move the Derek and Rose flirtation forward into something of a McThorny affair.
But who knows? With the unfortunate break caused by the writers' strike (we only get three more Grey's episodes—sigh), the scribes and producers just might have some time on their hands to listen to fan opinion before putting pen to paper when the strike comes to an end.
So, vote in the poll, or take a minute to post your feelings on Rose in the Comments section below!

Cahill - Tripping On You feat Nikki Belle
I don’t know what has changed, Is it me or you?
I don’t know what has changed, Is it me or you?
But its over, now, trippin on you
Yeah Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Some time some day, I found a better way
He didnt know how to love me babe, so I’m going my way
All the fussing and fighting, God it made me change
But you’ve made me stronger fight another day
And its over, now, trippin on you
Yeah yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
And its over, now, trippin on you
Yeah yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
I don’t know what has changed, is it me or you?
Is it you or me to blame? I don’t have a clue
But its over, now, trippin’ on you
Yeah Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Gonna take my time, Gonna slow down my stride
That is all you said, to keep me behind, yeah
Now you realised that I don’t know what you say
Now I can’t go on without you in my way
But its over, now, trippin’ on you
Yeah Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
I don’t know what has changed, Is it me or you?
I don’t know what has changed, Is it me or you?
But its over, now, trippin’ on you
Yeah Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
I don’t know what has changed, Is it me or you?
Is it you or me to blame? I don’t have a clue
But its over, now, trippin’ on you
Yeah Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
I don’t know what has changed, is it me or you?
Is it you or me to blame? I don’t have a clue
But its over, now, trippin’ on you
