Jennifer Aniston’s “Traveling” Continues On

Jennifer Aniston’s “Traveling” Continues On

Though it’s only in the filming stages, the new Jennifer Aniston flick “Traveling” is already looking like the favorite date movie/chick flick of 2008.

Yesterday, the “Friends” actress and her “No Reservations” co-star Aaron Eckhart were spotted by the paparazzi filming scenes together in Vancouver, British Columbia.

“Traveling” is described as, “A romantic drama about a widower (Eckhart) whose book about coping with loss turns him into a best-selling self-help guru. On a business trip to Seattle, he falls for a woman (Aniston) who attends one of his seminars, only to learn that he hasn’t yet truly confronted his wife’s passing.”

And judging by the pics of these two together, it’s clear that they’re gonna have tons of on-screen chemistry.  No release date has been set, but we’ll keep you updated on the progress of this must-see movie.

Catherine Zeta-Jones: Spicing up Sydney

Catherine Zeta-Jones: Spicing up Sydney

When Catherine Zeta-Jones is in the house, people take notice.  And when she showed up in Sydney, Australia this weekend, all eyes were on her.

The “No Reservations” actress was in town promoting her new movie “Death Defying Acts” along with co-star Guy Pearce (remember “Memento”?) and Saoirse Ronan.

And at the State Theatre premiere, the brunette beauty stopped traffic to meet hundreds of adoring fans whistling and chanting her name.

During a pre-screening press conference, Catherine charmed members of the media with her subtle mix of sex appeal and sarcasm.  When she asked “Is it hot in here or is it just me?” a member of the panel quickly replied, “It’s you!” to which she replied, “I didn’t plan that!”

As for being a sex symbol, yet in her late 30s, Zeta-Jones commented, “Obviously, my career is expanding and I am a mother and so I’m not going to be rip-roaring in corsets playing a 19-year-old because I’m not, I’m 38 years old.  I’m actually really lucky and glad these other roles have come along and I can play a mother.”

No Reservations Movie Trailer

No Reservations

No Reservations looks like the by the book dramatic crisis romantic comedy, complete with a cute little kid (who you might reccognize as Abigail Breslin from Little Miss Sunshine). And because you’re just dying to see it, we have the movie trailer.

A remake of the 2001 German film Mostly Martha, by Shine and Hearts in Atlantis director Scott Hicks. No Reservations stars Catherine Zeta-Jones as a chef who has to deal with the death of her sister and take in her orphaned niece, while learning to work with a new sous chef (Aaron Eckhart).

Rachel McAdams’ Married Life Hits Toronto

Rachel McAdams’ Married Life Hits Toronto

If you’re a movie buff, now is a good time to scope out the coming attractions.  With the Venice Film Festival wrapping up, the folks up at the Toronto Film Festival are getting a first look at some cool new movies.

And the new Rachel McAdams flick “Married Life” just premiered at the Canadian event, complete with a personal appearance from the Red Eye actress, herself.

Rachel stars alongside Patricia Clarkson (No Reservations) and the former James Bond actor, himself, Pierce Brosnan. The film is set in the 1940’s and deals with an adulterous affair wherein the cheating husband plans to murder his wife, rather than put her through an embarrassing divorce.

Of course, McAdams plays the “other woman” part brilliantly, according to preliminary reports.  You can see for yourself when “Married Life” hits US screens this February 22nd.
