With the overwhelming success of Gossip Girl, it appears producers are already thinking about how to expand the storyline. And when Madchen Amick appeared on the set earlier today, it opened a whole new can of worms.
The “Twin Peaks” beauty, 37, is reportedly set to play Catherine Mason, a May-December older love interest for Chace Crawford’s character. And with a hot body like that, Nate Archibald will be after her in no time!
Speaking of Chace, he was looking might fine today on the GG set as well, sporting a blue polo shirt and grey trousers as he listened to his iPod between scenes.
The paparazzi also nabbed shots of Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley, and Blake Lively all hard at work on episodes for next season.

She was quoted as saying, “I’ve seen Juno twice, but I cried my head off both times- in the best and most joyful way.”
Garner said her favorite part of the movie was “definitely Ellen Page’s performance,” but doesn’t want too much hype to surround the film, for fear that all the attention will play it out in people’s minds.

You know you’ve “made it” when Giorgio Armani calls you up and flies you out to Italy to promote his latest fragrance. And Beyonce Knowles has most definitely “made it.”
The “Bootylicious” singer was busy hamming it up yesterday at the Rinascente Store in Milan, Italy. And according to a recent report, she’s about to get even busier.
Due to the overwhelming success of the Spice Girls’ reunion festivities, Beyonce is reportedly considering a Destiny’s Child reunion. And she’s not the only one.
Former band mate Kelly Rowland is also thinking that it may be time to get the girls back together. She told press, “This current spate of reunions has given us ideas. Despite what people say we are all still really close.”
And apparently, Knowles already staged a quick mini-reunion at a recent show. Rowland reported, “A couple of weeks ago Beyonce did a show in Los Angeles and asked me and Michelle (Williams) to join her on stage for Survivor. It was a real tear-jerker. The fans were crying and going nuts. I’d definitely like us to do more stuff like that.”

She was spotted out for a manicure in Studio City looking casual in a fuzzy white top, stretch jeans, and a pulled-back hairdo (note the BlackBerry Curve- geez, everyone has one of those!).
Duff’s overwhelming success, and lack of negative press has led none other than Miley Cyrus to look to her as a role model. The “Hannah Montana” actress recently revealed her admiration for the former “Lizzie McGuire” star.
“She’s on Disney, or was on Disney Channel, and she’s kind of set the way for all of us, not only just in a business sense, but [by] saying that it is OK to be a good girl. Like, that’s cool! It’s kind of just given us all inspiration to go out. Whether it was her or not, I would definitely be doing what I’m doing, but she definitely made it more acceptable.
And Miley says she values the advice given to her by duff. “It was basically just, ‘Remember why you do what you do — ‘cause you love it.’ I mean, it definitely stinks when there’s an early call time and it’s not the best part when you’re doing the same thing over and over. There’s downs. But remember why you do it. It’s not only because you love the business side of it, but looking out and seeing girls smile, you know. When there’s not much, when they’re going through a negative time in their life, being the one positive thing that they can hold on to, I mean, that’s really amazing.”
