Well, there’s certainly no shortage of material for Denise Richards’ new reality show. And if things continue as they have, she’ll have a 10-season run on her hands.
The “Wild Things” babe was spotted at court today for an undisclosed matter regarding her tumultuous custody battle with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
Via cell phone, Richards told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest, “I am actually sitting in the parking lot of the courthouse…again. I am sure everyone will hear about it and read about it later.”
She continued, “He [Sheen] decided to take me to court this morning, so I’m sitting in the parking lot…If he’s here, we will see each other today. He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.”
Denise expressed her dismay over the constant bickering, saying, “This is ugly and it’s embarrassing and it’s humiliating. It’s not healthy for our kids. I hope that we can resolve everything. It’s very sad for our children. This is not good. For the girls’ sake, the best thing would be for he and I to be cordial…It could happen on my part. That’s all I can say.”
Yesterday Miss Richards was spotted on her way to family therapy with her two daughters, hopefully to get the help they need.

The reality star has arrived at court for an undisclosed matter pertaining to her and Charlie Sheen’s ever acrimonious custody battle, after the actor filed a sealed motion earlier this morning.
“I am actually sitting in the parking lot of the courthouse…again,” she told News’ Ryan Seacrest. “I am sure everyone will hear about it and read about it later.”
Or for that matter, right now…
While she wasn’t able to discuss the nature of the legal matter du jour, she was quick to make clear which party instigated the action.
“He decided to take me to court this morning, so I’m sitting in the parking lot…If he’s here, we will see each other today.
“He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.”
There was no immediate comment from the Sheen camp. Earlier this week, he issued a statement claiming Richards failed to drop off their two daughters for a scheduled visit.
Richards, however, said she hopes the former couple will find a way to work out their problems.
“I hope that there is,” she said. “This is ugly and it’s embarrassing and it’s humiliating. It’s not healthy for our kids. I hope that we can resolve everything. It’s very sad for our children. This is not good.
“For the girls’ sake, the best thing would be for he and I to be cordial…It could happen on my part. That’s all I can say.”
Richards added that an amicable resolution wouldn’t just be in the best interest of their girls or themselves, but for the inundated nation at large.
“Every week there’s something that comes up with us…I’m sure everyone is tired of hearing about Charlie and Denise’s battle. I know I am.”

Meanwhile, Ryan’s ex-wife Reese Witherspoon spent the weekend out with her current beau Jake Gyllenhaal - as the two were spotted out following an intense session of yoga.
Yoga mats-in-hand, the happy pair looked cute as they walked through a parking lot to their car. The “Legally Blonde” cutie sported an all-black workout ensemble while her “Day After Tomorrow” boyfriend opted for a white v-neck and blue shorts.
