Life’s a Beach When Audrina’s Boy Flirts With L.C.
Fireworks weren’t only erupting in the sky on the Fourth of July.
Things apparently got a bit heated on Independence Day at the DKNY house in Malibu, where Audrina Patridge and her boyfriend, Justin Bobby, were hanging out with Lauren Conrad.
Yup, here’s some more Hills drama for ya…
“Justin was very flirty with L.C., and Audrina got pissed,” an eyewitness reports. “Audrina stormed off.”
Bobby ran after her, asking, “What? What’s wrong?” according to the source.
There was a Hills camera crew capturing their day at the beach, but unfortunately they weren’t rolling during Partridge’s oh-so-dramatic exit. (But maybe a Living Lohan crew got the footage. Dina and Ali Lohan were shooting their reality show at the house, too. I’m told Lindsay even made an appearance.)
However, Audrina and Bobby’s spat seemed short-livedthe two were later spotted at Project Beach, also in Malibu, where they hung out with Stephanie Pratt. Also there were Tara Reid, Taye Diggs, Kourtney Kardashian and on-again couple Brody Jenner and model Cora Skinner.
Audrina and Lo Take Time to Bond, Shop
The Hills rolled through trendy Fred Segal today, proving retail therapy can make gal-pals out of anyone. Even Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth, whom we last saw at odds for Lauren Conrad’s good favor on the show.
After arriving around 11a.m. at the trendy Melrose boutique, the pair seemed to make a genuine effort at bondingor at least the producers did anyway. As the girls perused Fred Segal Beauty (where Audrina picked up Lorac lip gloss and Lo some Bumble & Bumble hair spray), staffers were instructed to keep to themselves and assistance to a minimum.
“They told us not to talk to them. It was more about the conversation they were having,” one product pusher told News.
After that, the ladies headed to the roof deck for some sun and more shopping. They cruised womenswear but made no purchases. Some MTV staffers munched on salads from Segal’s Mauro’s Cafe while the two gabbed.
Finally, Audrina and Lo headed out around 1:15 p.m., to the firestorm of paparazzi seen on the video above.
Nearby, and nowhere near as noticed, Rebecca Demornay slipped out from lunch with a brunette pal.

It was a typical hectic Wednesday for Hills hottie Lauren Conrad, as she went about her daily business while filming new scenes for the hit MTV reality show.
To kick things off, LC and a gal pal attended a meeting at Fine Line Inc., where the 22-year-old Laguna Beach native spent over an hour inside before leaving with some clothes samples in hand.
From there, an animated Miss Conrad joined friends for lunch at Toast on 3rd Street - entertaining the gathered girls throughout the lunch date.
Finished up with her grub and gossip, Lauren quickly made her way Downtown to attend an event at the Fashion Institute before getting all dressed up for a night at Kumo with co-star pals Audrina Patridge and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth.

Wearing a white t-shirt with “Whitehorse Was Here” written in black marker, Audrina Patridge was looking her usual cute self while spotted out in Los Angeles on Tuesday (June 17).
The “Hills” hottie started her day with a stop by a local movie studio - where she stayed for about an hour before heading off to El Adobe Cafe for lunch with a gal pal.
According to an insider on the scene, “She (Audrina) came out with a big smile on her face and said hello to a couple of the photographers before getting back in her car and driving home to continue filming for her reality show.”
The day before, Miss Patridge was spotted out in Hollywood on laundry duty before heading over to Switch Boutique’s summer barbecue.
