Katharine McPhee Weds Producer Boyfriend
Yesterday, she was single and shopping in the Valley with her gal pals. But now, Katharine McPhee is single no more, as the American Idol alum got married on Saturday in Beverly Hills (February 2).
According to reports from People magazine, McPhee’s rep Justin Gray Stone has confirmed that his client wed producer boyfriend Nick Cokas in a late afternoon ceremony at Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church.
“(Nick) is the love of my life,” McPhee told press, adding, “This is a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect.”
A spectator tells of the affairs: “McPhee wore a strapless ivory Manuel Mota gown and Neil Lane jewels (diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and diamond and platinum bracelets), while Cokas wore an Armani tuxedo. Fellow season five Idol contestants Kellie Pickler and Mandisa were among the 305 guests on hand for the nuptials.”
McPhee, 23, and Cokas, 42, first met in 2005 during the production of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, quickly becoming friends before taking things to the next level later the same year.

Celebrating the recent release of her new music video “Higher”, Heidi Montag and producer boyfriend Spencer Pratt enjoyed a day of shopping and fine dining around town on Tuesday (February 5).
The Hills couple started things off by paying a visit to the uber-trendy Rumor boutique in Sherman Oaks, where Heidi tried on a number of slinky dresses while Spencer looked on, sneaking in a kiss here and there.
While at Rumor, the duo took time to do a segment for Perez Hilton’s new TV show, where they talked about her single and the ongoing feud with Lauren Conrad.
After spending a couple of hours in the store, Heidi and Spencer left laden with goodies. Afterwards, the two shared a romantic meal at the trendy Katsuya restaurant in Studio City before calling it a night.

While she was busy yesterday with co-hosting duties at the El Sueño De Esperanza Gala, Jessica Alba found time in her schedule to fit in a lunch date.
Looking quite chic in a white sun dress and black leather cowgirl boots, the Sin City starlet met up with her producer boyfriend Cash Warren for a little couple’s time.
Not to be outdone by his lady love, Cash kicked up his appearance, wearing a shirt and tie, topped off with a navy button-down sweater.
We just hope that Mr Warren doesn’t get to used to all of the attention he’s been paid recently, as Jessica has five movies in the pipeline and will be one busy young lady.

Singer-actress Katharine McPhee married producer Nick Cokas on Saturday in Beverly Hills, her rep Justin Gray Stone confirms exclusively to Friends.
The 23-year-old American Idol season five runner-up and Cokas, 42, exchanged vows in a late afternoon ceremony at Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church.
“(Nick) is the love of my life,” McPhee gushed to Friends. “This is a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect.”
McPhee wore a strapless ivory Manuel Mota gown and Neil Lane jewels (diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and diamond and platinum bracelets), while Cokas wore an Armani tuxedo. Fellow season five Idol contestants Kellie Pickler and Mandisa were among the 305 guests on hand for the nuptials.
McPhee and Cokas met in 2005 when they performed in a Los Angeles theater production of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Their union began as a friendship and blossomed when McPhee auditioned for American Idol later that year.
The two quietly got engaged last year when Cokas presented her with a custom-designed round brilliant cut platinum and diamond engagement ring.
McPhee recently wrapped filming the Anna Faris comedy I Know What Boys Like.
