Heidi Klum: Business and Pleasure in NYC
Heidi Klum: Business and Pleasure in NYC
With her high-profile career and demanding family life, it’s a wonder Heidi Klum ever finds time to sleep! The German supermodel was spotted balancing work and family in New York City yesterday.
Decked out in a sexy black dress and snakeskin Christian Louboutin heels, Klum was seen having lunch with her friends at the uber-trendy Barbuto restaurant in Manhattan.
Earlier in the day, Heidi tended to her professional duties at a photo shoot. And she took her kids and parents along with her, making sure to get some quality time with the fam.
The “Project Runway” babe recently told press the secret to her deep relationship with husband Seal. “There are many, many things. But I would say love is the most important thing. Seal and I feel very lucky that we found each other. He’s my best friend. He would never go in through a door first. He always opens the door for me and steps back so I walk through.”
And they’re still leaving the door open for adding to their brood. “So many people say, ‘I am so done.’ That hasn’t come out of my mouth, and it hasn’t come out of Seal’s mouth, either. I feel like we still have one coming.”
Gwen Stefani: Out with Kingston
Gwen Stefani: Out with Kingston
It looks as if she may burst any day now! But that’s not stopping Gwen Stefani from getting some active quality time with her son Kingston.
The “Hollaback Girl” songstress and her 2-year-old son were spotted out and about in London, England earlier today enjoying the sunshine and getting some fresh air.
And while there aren’t many who can rival her figure (when she’s not eight-and-a-half months pregnant, that is), Stefani says it wasn’t always that way. “At school, I remember thinking that I wished I could be like a girl that was so skinny and got to eat whatever she wanted. [But] I always had to exercise.”
She continued, “My weight fluctuated and I got chubby again in 11th grade - at like 16 - and then I was like, ‘You know what? I’ve had enough of this up and down thing!’ So I got on the swim team and I was more determined not to be that chubby girl any more. Ever since then I’ve been able to control it, but it sucks. Nowadays I just try to realize how stupid it is, because nobody cares - except me!”
The Office Is Back! (On Your Computer)

Hurrah! The Office webisodes are almost here, lucky for us all. It’s not quite the same as having a full 22 minutes with J.Kras and Rainn, but beginning next Thursday, July 10, by way of NBC.com, we will have some more quality at Dunder-Mifflin’s Scranton branch. I got an early look at the webisodes this morning, so click in for a little dish and a sneak-peek video…

Really More Like The Tudors Than The Office: Ignore what you’ve heard about the webisodes being about Kevin’s efforts to secure a loan that he can then use to pay off his gambling debts. Oscar Nuñez has the real scoop: “I am playing the visiting count of Spain and in the scenes you’ll be seeing I’m giving the information to Queen Elizabeth that we are thinking of going to war with them. It’s completely different from The Office, and yet it takes place here.”

Highlights: Darryl, Darryl, Darryl. I’m telling you, if you didn’t have a giant crush on Craig Robinson’s Darryl Philbin before these webisodes, you’ll definitely be in love by the time they’re done. Why is he so great? Well, like Holly Flax in the season finale, he helps Kevin with his “challenges.” Other high points from the webisodes include our introduction to Kevin’s bookie (played by Perry Anzilotti) and Oscar’s zero-tolerance policy toward Kevin’s money-grubbing shenanigans.

Boys Will Be Boys: There’s only one female in the webisodes, a loan officer, er, wait, English lady-in-waiting played by Samantha Albert. That’s OK though, because less time with the ladies means we get more quality time with some of our fave guys: Oscar, Stanley, Kevin and Darryl. Brian Baumgartner jokes, “It’s male-centric because at the office we don’t like acting with other women.” (Pfft!)
Digital Get-Down: Writer Anthony Farrell says, “If these turn out well, I think down the line we’ll have some other characters do webisodes.” Word, doggy. Sounds good to me!

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore: Go-Karting with Scout
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore: Go-Karting with Scout
Given their whirlwind careers, it’s important for movie stars to put family first. And Ashton Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore were spotted spending some quality time with daughter Scout Willis yesterday.
The “What Happens in Vegas” stud and his “Charlie’s Angels” sweetie took the youngster for a fun afternoon of go-karting at a local track. They looked like they were enjoying themselves, with Kutcher sporting a white v-neck, plaid shirt, and cargo shorts, while Demi rocked a white top/white yoga pants/white sandals ensemble.
Meanwhile, Scout’s older sister Rumer Willis has been keeping busy following in her parents’ footsteps as of late. She’s working on a new comedy called “The House Bunny” which is slated to hit theaters this August.
She recently told press that being in the spotlight has taken some getting used to. “It’s very different to be an accessory then actually do it (acting), because all the responsibility is on you. I always wanted to be part of the family business. Growing up I would sit in a trailer and hang out. I’ve been in press junkets before, but never been the one sitting behind the table answering questions.”
