Vanessa Paradis: Bride of Frankenstein?
Maybe we’re just jealous that Vanessa Paradis gets to warm her toes at night between Johnny Depp’s feet, but we can’t help but think that in this new Miu Miu ad the model-singer bears a striking resemblance to Madeline Kahn in Young Frankenstein.
Johnny, if that’s what you’re into, we can pose like robots with our heads tossed back, too! True, we look more like Gene Wilder than Ms. Kahn, but call us!

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
In a shocking move, Paramount have decided to ditch the ‘2′ in favour of simply Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
When asked his thoughts on being ditched, the number ‘2′ replied:
You know what f**k them! I don’t need Michael Bay and his f**king robots anyway!
‘2′, best known for his roles in Spiderman 2, X2 and Terminator 2, has had a rather depressing career as of late, having been ditched from most major blockbusters. With its departure from Transformers, in 2009 we can now expect to only see ‘2′ in The Pink Panther 2 and Night of the Museum 2: Escape From the Smithsonian. It is also unclear whether ‘2′ will still appear in upcoming Iron Man 2, or whether he will be ditched again for creative differences.
It sucks to be a number in Hollywood…
WALL-E Lots of Bots Featurette
Disney has released a new featurette for WALL-E called “Lots of Bots” which takes a look at the featured robots in the upcoming Pixar movie. And whats not shown in the video above is that up to 50 animators at the peak of production were working on the colorful cast. For the non main characters, Pixar created a Build-a-bot program which allowed allowed the animators to create hundreds of variations or robots using a modular robot system that combined a variety of heads, arms, bodies and feet/treads.
When Will There Be A Transformers 2 Trailer?
“Probably in fall — maybe late summer…”
…says screenwriter Roberto Orci, who revealed it over on on DonMurphy.net
He was also asked whether we would see robots transforming into weapons, as in the original cartoon Megatron transformed into a hand gun which could then be fired by other robots. Orci claims that it will not be Megatron specifically, but robot to weapon transformations will take place.
