Jessica Simpson Plans Romantic Vacation
The couple that travels together, stays togetheror, at least, so says rocky-relationship queen Jessica Simpson.
Pals close to the music scene’s newest country crooner say Jessica is planning a quick summer get away for herself and beau Tony Romo.
“She thinks they need some quality alone time,” says friend of Jess, who is still reeling after her relationship reached the breakup brink.
“She believes a vacation will really do a lot to reconnect them. Tony agreed to go, but it was all Jessica’s idea.”
Timing, however, is a problem. Jessica’s crazy busy with photo shoots and interviews to promote her soon-to-be-released country album. And Tony starts football training camp July 24.
“But she’s determined to squeak out a week together before then,” says her pal. “So if she has to clear the decks on her own schedule to make it happen, she so will.”
Big Brother 9: Live feeds report - April 9
Welp, tonight is it — another live eviction show for the Big Brother 9 houseguests. Yet another hamster will leave the Habitrail. Last night’s show aired the power of veto competition which actually happened last Friday in the house.
It’s now James and Sharon on the block and one will definitely leave … and not come back until it’s time for the jury to vote on a winner. We all know the atmosphere in the house towards James. Will he have any support tonight? Will he squeak by?
For the latest news from inside the house, read on past the jump.
I’ve watched the show’s live feeds since the start of the first season. I’m not proud. I’m just sayin’. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a bunch of confusing liars as this group. They lie to each other so much, have so many contradictory alliances, and are way confusing when it’s time to decide to whom they might be not lying.
Natalie and Sheila have an alliance. But Sheila is working against Natalie with James, Sharon, and Adam. The girls have an alliance working against the boys and vice versa. Yet Sharon and Ryan have an alliance planning to be in the final two. Adam is working with Ryan. Adam is working with Sheila. Adam is working against Sheila. Natalie is working with everyone. James is working with no one. James is an island and practicing his island behavior in the live feeds image below.

So, who’s going home tonight in the live vote? I know the Diary Room has been prodding for comments on what a threat and powerful player Sharon is in the game. Between that information gleaned from the feeds and the fact that the house has been trying to get rid of James for weeks now, I’d say it’s curtains for the Comeback Kid. It sounds like the show wants us to hear all these things about how mighty and threatening Sharon is, then twist it to James going home as if it’s going to be a huge surprise. I don’t think anyone is going to be surprised whether they like him or not.
In house crumbs:
- As tonight is the live show, there has been primping and housecleaning going on. Yawn.
- The guinea pigs run to the front of the cage now when they hear Sharon’s voice. She really has made new fur-iends.
- Adam packed up and moved out of his HOH room.
- Sharon and James packed their bags.
- They had a long lockdown in the HOH room this morning. BB must not trust them to clean right.
- After the lockdown, James and Sharon walked about counting things and looking for missing things.
- They’re sure tonight’s comp will be physical, not mental.
- Sharon thinks it will be a double eviction and if Natalie wins HOH, she’ll be gone.
- Ryan said he won’t put Sharon on the block.
- Just like last season, they’re having an ant problem in the kitchen.
There you go. Wasn’t that exciting?

Brad Paisley - Letter To Me Lyrics
If I could write a letter to me
and send it back in time to myself at seventeen
first I’d prove it’s me by sayin’
look under your bed, there’s a Skoal can and a Playboy
no one else would know you hid
and then I’d say I know it’s tough
when you break up after 7 months
and yeah I know you really liked her
and it just don’t seem fair
but all I can say is pain like that is fast and it’s rare
and oh you got so much goin’ for you
goin’ right
but I know at 17
it’s hard to see past Friday night
she wasn’t right for you
and still you feel like there’s
a knife stickin’ out of your back
and you’re wonderin’ if you’ll survive
but you’ll make it through this and you’ll see
you’re still around to write this letter to me
at the stop sign at Tomlinson and 8th
always stop completely, don’t just tap your brakes
and when you get a date with Bridgette
make sure the tank is full
on second thought forget it, that one turns out kinda cool.
each and every time you have a fight
just assume you’re wrong and daddy’s right.
and you should really thank Miss Brinkman
she spent so much extra time
It’s like she sees the diamond underneath
and she’s polishin’ you ’til you shine.
and oh you got so much goin’ for you
goin’ right
but I know at 17
it’s hard to see past Friday night
tonight’s the bonfire rally
but you’re staying home instead
because if you fail algebra
mom and dad’ll kill you dead
trust me you’ll squeak by and get a C
and you’re still around to write this letter to me
you got so much up ahead
you’ll make new friends
you should see your kids and wife
and I’d end by sayin’ have no fear
these are nowhere near
the best years of your life
I guess I’ll see you in the mirror
when you’re a grown man
p.s. go hug aunt Rita every chance you can
and oh you got so much goin’ for you
goin’ right
but I know at 17
it’s hard to see past Friday night
I wish you’d study Spanish
I wish you’d take a typing class
I wish you wouldn’t worry let it be
I’d say have a little faith and you’ll see
if I could write a letter to me
to me…
