The Gossip Girl sweethearts were spotted having fun and grabbing some grub last night at Tortilla Flats in New York City prior to hailing a cab and heading over to Starbucks.
Miss Lively looked flirty and fun in a blue and white ¾ sleeve collared mini dress with a pair of casual black flats, while Penn looked laid back in a grey t-shirt and khaki shorts teamed with a pair of white sneakers.
And with the 2008 Teen Choice nominations having recently been announced, these two have a lot to look forward to. Gossip Girl has been nominated for 14 awards including Choice TV Show, Choice TV Actress, and Choice TV Actor.

Yesterday (August 1), the FOX network went public with their plans for Duff to share hosting duties with hottie Nick Cannon. Oh la la.
Now, when it comes to hosting the Teen Choice, Hilary is no novice. She took the stage back in 2005 as well. And she has received 11 Teen Choice nominations throughout her career.
Jessica Alba, Ashlee Simpson, Anna Paquin, Dance Cook, and Miley Cyrus are all scheduled to appear on FOX’s hottest night for teens. Tune in at 8:00pm EST on August 26th to catch all the action.
