With all of the celebrity restaurant appearances these days, you gotta wonder - does anyone cook anymore? Last night, Britney Spears was spotted out to dinner at Sur restaurant in West Hollywood.
The “Gimme More” songstress looked flirty in a black-with-embroidered-designs minidress teamed with a pair of massive platform heels and an oversized black handbag.
Meanwhile, her ex-hubby Kevin Federline was spotted on the opposite coast, doing a little shopping with some guy pals in Miami, Florida. He looked cool and relaxed in a baggy grey t-shirt along with a pair of shorts and white sneakers.
As far as their ongoing custody case, it seems Brit and Kevin are indeed headed back to court this August. A recent meeting with a mediator reportedly wasn’t enough to settle things.
K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told press, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”

She’s been getting in as much mother-daughter time as possible these days. And yesterday, Jennifer Garner was spotted toting around her 2-year-old daughter Violet at the supermarket.
The “Catch and Release” actress was out and about in Brentwood, California armed with a shopping list and a toddler to pick up some groceries.
Garner looked cute and comfy in an oversized blue zip-up hoodie complete with a pair of baggy grey sweatpants and white sneakers, while Violet sported a pink and black dress with a pair of Velcro sneakers.
Meanwhile, Jen’s spokesperson recently bashed rumors that she and hubby Ben Affleck are having marital trouble, calling the claims “100% completely fabricated.” Affleck added, “We’re very happy. Things couldn’t be better. We’re kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home.”

She’s been spending a ton of time on her current gig, a television version of Cyrano de Bergerac (she starred in the Broadway version earlier this year). But yesterday, Jennifer Garner took some time off to spend with family and friends.
The “Alias” babe began the day with her 2 ½ year old daughter Violet, heading over to feed the ducks and swans at Self-Realization Fellowship’s Lake Shrine, also the location of the Mahatma Gandhi World Peace Memorial.
Jen looked cute in a red top underneath a cream-colored cardigan with a pair of jeans and flats, while Violet rocked a white top, red trousers, and a pair of white sneakers.
Later on, Garner was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on her way to pay a visit to a friend’s house. By then, the temperature had warmed up, hence she ditched the cardigan and switched to flip-flops.

Miss Lively looked flirty and fun in a blue and white ¾ sleeve collared mini dress with a pair of casual black flats, while Penn looked laid back in a grey t-shirt and khaki shorts teamed with a pair of white sneakers.
