Continuing to make the most of their trip to New York City, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes had an eventful Saturday night in the Big Apple.
Striding around in a killer pair of Christian Louboutin heels, Katie, along with her Top Gun hubby, attended the Broadway play “The Country Girl” at the Bernard B Jacobs Theatre. The Hollywood supercouple also grabbed a bite to eat with Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica.
Upon returning back to their hotel, Katie rested a supportive hand on her husband’s back as he signed autographs for fans.
A source on the scene tells: “TomKat then listened intently to a hotel guest who shared a personal tragedy with the couple. As they finally entered their hotel having promised to do what they could to help the guest, even the doorman wanted the pair to stop for a chat before they could retire for the night!”

Getting an early start to the day, Tom Cruise, Kate Holmes and Suri Cruise departed their Manhattan hotel on Sunday morning (May 4) - bidding farewell to the Big Apple after a short stay.
Heading over to an awaiting helicopter at the Westside Heliport, the Dawson’s Creek cutie carried her 2-year-old angel in her arms - with Tom toting around Suri’s stuffed animal elephant and baby bottle.
As previously reported by , TomKat enjoyed an evening out on Broadway last night, taking in the stage production “The Country Girl” at the Bernard B Jacobs Theatre.
The Hollywood supercouple also grabbed a bite to eat with Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica, before retiring to their hotel for the evening.

Leading up to the January 18th release of her latest movie, Katie Holmes keeps chugging along with her NYC press campaign.
Earlier this morning, Holmes, along with her “Mad Money” co-stars Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton, cheerfully opened up the NASDAQ stock market.
And while she isn’t working, the Batman Begins actress has been busy enjoying the company of husband Tom Cruise and their famous friends.
As previously reported by , Tom and Katie were spotted out at NYC restaurant Sfoglia last night, joined for their meal by Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica.
According to People magazine reports, “The group dined at the exclusive upper east side eatery, for a nearly three-hour-long meal. Along with plates of rustic Italian food and red wine, the foursome shared plenty of laughs. In addition to Holmes entertaining the table with her animated storytelling, Cruise and Seinfeld cracked a few jokes.”

There are reports that Vanessa is desperately trying to get her man to agree to a reality show deal. But the 98 Degrees singer says he’s learned from his past.
Nick was once a permanent fixture on MTV, due to the success of “Newlyweds” with his ex-wife Jessica Simpson. And he’s not interested in giving it another go.
Lachey told press, “God if I learned anything, I learned that if you want to screw up a perfectly good relationship, just let cameras follow you around 24/7. No way I’m going down that road again.”
Despite Nick’s disapproval, Vanessa is still rumored to be pursuing her own reality show. We’ll keep you posted.
